基于電子海圖的船舶交通流模擬研究

【摘要】:水路運(yùn)輸是交通運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展以及國(guó)際貿(mào)易的不斷擴(kuò)大,其在綜合運(yùn)輸體系中的地位和作用日益凸顯。國(guó)際貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)目焖傩浴⒏咝砸笫沟么按笮突、高速化成為不可阻擋的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),由此帶來(lái)一系列問題:港口船舶交通量不斷增大,船舶交通流的構(gòu)成不斷多樣化,行為特征不斷復(fù)雜化,船舶通航安全、通航效率和通航資源之間的矛盾日益突出。這些問題給經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來(lái)巨大的損失的同時(shí),逐漸成為限制運(yùn)輸事業(yè)發(fā)展的因素。港口是一個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、功能全面的隨機(jī)服務(wù)系統(tǒng),港口規(guī)模及服務(wù)效率直接影響著港口的服務(wù)水平。由于船舶到港、泊位服務(wù)時(shí)間的隨機(jī)性以及港口服務(wù)的復(fù)雜性,港口船舶排隊(duì)問題很難通過解析找到解決方法。采用系統(tǒng)模擬的方法對(duì)港口船舶交通流模擬,合理優(yōu)化港口泊位錨地規(guī)模及船舶交通組織成為目前應(yīng)用廣泛的解決手段。本文在交通流統(tǒng)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,從系統(tǒng)的角度出發(fā),對(duì)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成要素以及規(guī)則進(jìn)行分析,運(yùn)用排隊(duì)論方法,建立M/M/N港口船舶交通流排隊(duì)模型。船舶交通流模擬系統(tǒng)采用面向?qū)ο蟮某绦蛟O(shè)計(jì)思想,運(yùn)用通用程序設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言Visual C++作為編譯語(yǔ)言,在電子海圖平臺(tái)上實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)船舶在港口所有活動(dòng)以及港口服務(wù)規(guī)律的可視化模擬。船舶交通流模擬系統(tǒng)對(duì)模擬中船舶及錨地的活動(dòng)過程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)記錄,通過分析系統(tǒng)模擬中船舶交通流的行為特征以及港口泊位、錨地服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)水平,得出造成港口船舶排隊(duì)等待的原因并由此對(duì)港口規(guī)模以及船舶交通組織的優(yōu)化提出改進(jìn)意見。
[Abstract]:Water transportation is an important part of the transportation system. With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous expansion of international trade, its status and role in the comprehensive transportation system is becoming increasingly prominent. The rapid and efficient requirements of international cargo transport make the ship large and high speed become an unstoppable trend of development, thus bringing it into an unstoppable trend. A series of problems: the traffic volume of the port is increasing, the composition of the ship traffic is constantly diversified, the behavior characteristics are constantly complicating, the ship's navigation is safe, the contradiction between the navigation efficiency and the navigable resources is becoming more and more prominent. These problems have brought huge losses to the economy and gradually become the factors that restrict the development of transportation. It is a random service system with complex structure and full function. The port size and service efficiency directly affect the service level of the port. Because of the randomness of the service time of the berth service and the complexity of the port service, it is difficult to find a solution to the port ship queuing problem by the method of system simulation. Ship traffic flow simulation, reasonable optimization of port berth anchorage scale and ship traffic organization have become a widely used solution. On the basis of traffic flow statistics, this paper analyzes the components and rules of the system from the point of view of the system, and establishes the M/M/N port traffic flow queuing model by queuing theory. The ship traffic flow simulation system adopts the object-oriented programming idea, and uses the general programming language Visual C++ as the compiler language, and realizes the visual simulation of the ship's all activities in the port and the port service law on the electronic chart platform. The ship traffic flow simulation system has the activity process of the ship and anchorage in the simulation. The detailed records are carried out. By analyzing the behavior characteristics of the ship traffic flow in the system simulation and the service level of the port berth and anchorage service system, the reasons for the queuing of the port ships are obtained and the improvement of the port size and the optimization of the ship traffic organization is put forward.
