形狀記憶合金阻尼器在斜拉橋上的減震性能研究

【摘要】:形狀記憶合金阻尼器(SMA阻尼器)是近些年發(fā)展起來的結(jié)構(gòu)減震控制裝置,這種裝置可以有效的減小結(jié)構(gòu)在地震作用下的響應(yīng),使結(jié)構(gòu)獲得良好的減震性能。采用半漂浮體系的斜拉橋允許橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)在縱橋向發(fā)生移動,這種特點有利于結(jié)構(gòu)減震,但是會使結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生比較大的位移,因此需要在斜拉橋上安裝減震控制裝置。本論文以一座斜拉橋為工程實例背景,運用有限元軟件ANSYS分析研究選用不同的地震波對斜拉橋關(guān)鍵部位地震響應(yīng)的影響、安裝SMA阻尼器對斜拉橋地震響應(yīng)的改善以及不同條件的SMA阻尼器對斜拉橋減震性能的影響。本文主要內(nèi)容如下所示:(1)研究了形狀記憶合金材料的力學(xué)特性、本構(gòu)關(guān)系,為有限元軟件的模擬提供依據(jù)。(2)研究了結(jié)構(gòu)的動力計算方法,經(jīng)過對比分析選用時程分析法進行地震響應(yīng)分析。(3)闡述了建立斜拉橋有限元模型的方法和選取地震波的原則,比較選用不同的地震波對斜拉橋關(guān)鍵部位地震響應(yīng)的影響。比較SMA阻尼器安裝前后斜拉橋關(guān)鍵部位的地震響應(yīng)變化。(4)比較SMA阻尼器在不同的安裝數(shù)量、不同的安裝位置和不同的等效剛度三種情況下,對斜拉橋減震性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:選用不同地震波時斜拉橋關(guān)鍵部位的地震響應(yīng)會有很大的差別;地震作用下SMA阻尼器能夠顯著地減小斜拉橋主梁梁端縱向位移、主塔塔頂縱向位移和主塔塔底彎矩;斜拉橋采用不同數(shù)量、不同安裝位置和不同等效剛度的SMA阻尼器都會影響結(jié)構(gòu)的減震性能。
[Abstract]:Shape memory alloy damper (SMA) is a structural shock absorber and control device developed in recent years. This device can effectively reduce the response of the structure under earthquake and make the structure obtain good seismic performance. The cable-stayed bridge with semi-floating system allows the bridge structure to move in the longitudinal direction. This feature is advantageous to the vibration absorption of the structure, but it will cause a large displacement of the structure, so it is necessary to install the shock absorber control device on the cable-stayed bridge. In this paper, a cable-stayed bridge is used as an engineering example, and the influence of different seismic waves on the seismic response of the key part of the cable-stayed bridge is studied by using the finite element software ANSYS. The improvement of seismic response of cable-stayed bridges with SMA dampers and the influence of SMA dampers under different conditions on the seismic performance of cable-stayed bridges. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the mechanical properties and constitutive relations of shape memory alloy materials are studied, which provides a basis for the simulation of finite element software. The method of establishing the finite element model of cable-stayed bridge and the principle of selecting seismic wave are expounded, and the influence of different seismic waves on the seismic response of the key part of cable-stayed bridge is compared. The effects of SMA dampers on the seismic performance of cable-stayed bridges under three conditions of different installation quantity, different installation position and different equivalent stiffness are compared. The results show that the seismic response of the cable-stayed bridge will be very different when different seismic waves are selected, and the SMA damper can significantly reduce the longitudinal displacement of the girder end, the longitudinal displacement of the top of the main tower and the bending moment of the bottom of the main tower of the cable-stayed bridge under seismic action. The vibration absorption performance of cable-stayed bridge is affected by different number of SMA dampers with different installation positions and different equivalent stiffness.
