【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展使得我國(guó)各地城市規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,隨之而來(lái)的問題就是日益擁堵的交通,應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的是大量的城市跨線立交橋。城市橋梁在城市交通系統(tǒng)中占據(jù)著舉足輕重的作用,但也存在巨大的安全隱患,超高車輛撞擊跨線橋的事就屢有發(fā)生,事故造成橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)不同構(gòu)件損壞,使橋梁的使用性能和結(jié)構(gòu)性能受到嚴(yán)重影響,這不僅嚴(yán)重威脅了交通的正常運(yùn)營(yíng),而且造成了巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。國(guó)內(nèi)外相繼開展了一些有關(guān)超高車輛撞擊跨線橋的研究,其主要利用一些大型有限元軟件對(duì)超高車輛撞擊橋梁橋墩和上部結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,分析其撞擊過(guò)程、破壞形式及破壞機(jī)理,但對(duì)于遭超高車輛撞擊受損橋梁的試驗(yàn)評(píng)定和損傷參數(shù)分析研究還很少,隨著這一現(xiàn)象的日益凸顯,如何科學(xué)地評(píng)定超高車輛撞擊橋梁的損傷程度,為橋梁維修、加固方面提供理論依據(jù)具有十分重要的意義。本研究以受超高車輛撞擊的某簡(jiǎn)支橋梁作為研究對(duì)象,具體研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)基于技術(shù)狀況檢測(cè)對(duì)受超高車輛撞擊受損混凝土簡(jiǎn)支梁橋的承載能力進(jìn)行評(píng)定,主要是對(duì)實(shí)際工程實(shí)例進(jìn)行橋梁外觀檢測(cè)、材料狀況及破損情況調(diào)查,獲取評(píng)定橋梁實(shí)際承載能力的依據(jù),并依據(jù)相應(yīng)規(guī)范對(duì)橋梁使用狀況和結(jié)構(gòu)性能進(jìn)行判定。(2)擬定荷載試驗(yàn)方案,對(duì)受損橋梁進(jìn)行荷載試驗(yàn),分析試驗(yàn)過(guò)程和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,基于試驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)受損橋梁進(jìn)行承載能力檢算評(píng)定。(3)參考相關(guān)模型修正理論,結(jié)合試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)開展實(shí)際工程實(shí)例有限元模型修正。經(jīng)修正后的模型需要對(duì)其進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證,驗(yàn)證通過(guò)后對(duì)其進(jìn)行損傷預(yù)后參數(shù)分析,通過(guò)受損橋梁參數(shù)影響分析可通過(guò)數(shù)值仿真分析較為真實(shí)的模擬橋梁損傷后的承載力狀況,為承載能力的數(shù)值模擬評(píng)定提供借鑒。(4)依據(jù)損傷預(yù)后參數(shù)分析結(jié)果和橋梁原始設(shè)計(jì)資料對(duì)橋梁維修加固進(jìn)行分析,提出科學(xué)的加固方案,結(jié)合工程實(shí)際詳細(xì)說(shuō)明受損橋梁加固施工工藝,為受超高車輛撞擊的橋梁加固維修提供一定參考。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of economy has made the scale of cities in all parts of our country expanding continuously. The following problem is the increasingly congested traffic, and the emergence of a large number of urban cross line overpasses. Urban bridges play an important role in the urban traffic system, but there are huge hidden dangers of security. It has happened repeatedly. The accident caused the damage of different components of the bridge structure, which seriously affected the performance and structural performance of the bridge, which not only seriously threatened the normal operation of the traffic, but also caused great economic loss. The finite element software is used to simulate the bridge pier and superstructure of the super high vehicle impact bridge. The impact process, the failure mode and the failure mechanism are analyzed, but the test evaluation and the damage parameter analysis of the damaged bridge are very few. With this phenomenon, how to assess the impact of the ultra high vehicle is scientifically evaluated. The damage degree of the bridge is of great significance for the maintenance and reinforcement of the bridge. This study takes a simple supported bridge affected by a super high vehicle as the research object. The specific research contents are as follows: (1) based on the technical condition detection, the bearing capacity of the damaged concrete simple supported beam bridge subjected to the impact of the super high vehicle is evaluated. It is mainly to investigate the actual project example, investigate the appearance of the bridge, the material condition and the damage situation, obtain the basis for evaluating the actual bearing capacity of the bridge, and judge the use and structure performance of the bridge according to the corresponding standard. (2) the load test scheme is drawn up, the load test is carried out on the damaged bridge, the test process and the test knot are analyzed. Based on the test results, the bearing capacity of damaged bridges is evaluated and evaluated. (3) reference model correction theory, combined with experimental data to modify the finite element model of actual engineering examples. The revised model needs to be further verified. After verification, the analysis of the damage prognosis parameters and the impact of damaged bridge parameters are affected. The analysis can be used to simulate the actual bearing capacity of bridge damage through numerical simulation, and provide reference for the numerical simulation evaluation of the bearing capacity. (4) according to the analysis results of the damage prognosis parameters and the original design data of the bridge, the bridge maintenance and reinforcement are analyzed, and the reinforcement scheme of the science is put forward, and the subject is explained in detail with the engineering practice. Loss of bridge reinforcement construction technology, for ultra high impact vehicle bridge reinforcement and maintenance to provide certain reference.
