【摘要】：為研究天然砂礫路基填料的振動(dòng)壓實(shí)特性,首先采用篩分法對(duì)干旱荒漠地區(qū)多條在建高速公路的天然砂礫路基填料進(jìn)行顆粒組成分析,其次進(jìn)行表面振動(dòng)壓實(shí)試驗(yàn),采用濕土法分析含水量對(duì)天然砂礫干密度的影響,采用干土法分析含石量、級(jí)配特性和振動(dòng)時(shí)間對(duì)天然砂礫壓實(shí)效果的影響�；诓煌诸w粒組含量下的最大干密度結(jié)果,擬合了天然砂礫最大干密度與粗顆粒中各粒組含量之間的關(guān)系式,并利用粗顆粒粒組含量確定天然砂礫的最大干密度。研究結(jié)果表明:新疆干旱荒漠區(qū)天然砂礫路基填料為不均勻土,級(jí)配不良的主要原因?yàn)榍氏禂?shù)較小,填料中細(xì)粒含量較少;天然砂礫的干密度隨著含水量增大會(huì)有谷值與峰值,與黏性土的單峰值變化有明顯區(qū)別;天然砂礫含石量對(duì)最大干密度有顯著影響,其最大干密度隨含石量的變化分為明顯的3個(gè)階段,當(dāng)含石量為60%時(shí),可以得到最大干密度的最大值;不同級(jí)配的天然砂礫的干密度對(duì)振動(dòng)時(shí)間的敏感性有明顯區(qū)別。
[Abstract]:In order to study the vibration compaction characteristics of natural sand gravel subgrade filler, the particle composition of natural sand gravel subgrade filler in arid desert area was analyzed by sieving method, and the surface vibration compaction test was carried out. The effect of moisture content on the dry density of natural sand gravel was analyzed by wet soil method, and the effect of rock content, gradation characteristic and vibration time on the compaction effect of natural sand gravel was analyzed by dry soil method. Based on the results of maximum dry density of different coarse grains, the relationship between the maximum dry density of natural sand gravel and the content of each group of coarse grains is fitted, and the maximum dry density of natural sand gravel is determined by the content of coarse grains. The results show that the filling of natural gravel subgrade in arid desert region of Xinjiang is non-uniform soil, the main reason of poor gradation is the small curvature coefficient, and the content of fine particles in the filling is less; The dry density of natural sand gravel has valley value and peak value with the increase of water content, which is obviously different from the single peak value change of clay soil, and the content of natural gravel has significant influence on the maximum dry density. The maximum dry density can be divided into three stages with the change of rock content. When the rock content is 60, the maximum dry density can be obtained, and the sensitivity of dry density of different gradation natural gravel to vibration time is obviously different.
