抗車轍瀝青混合料路用性能研究

【摘要】:隨著公路交通量的增長(zhǎng)、汽車軸載的加大以及渠化交通的加劇,瀝青路面的車轍損壞越來(lái)越普遍,車轍問(wèn)題成為瀝青路面早期病害中亟須解決的問(wèn)題。本文在深入研究國(guó)內(nèi)外車轍防治措施的基礎(chǔ)上,選用Antiru-I和PR PLAST.S兩種抗車轍劑,研究抗車轍劑對(duì)瀝青結(jié)合料和瀝青混合料性能的影響規(guī)律和改性機(jī)理。 本文針對(duì)新型抗車轍劑Antiru-I進(jìn)行研究,采用濕法、干法兩種改性工藝,根據(jù)改性工藝的復(fù)雜性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性和路用性能試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,提出干法改性工藝優(yōu)于濕法改性工藝。在此基礎(chǔ)上,選用Antiru-I和PR PLAST.S兩種抗車轍劑,進(jìn)行抗車轍劑瀝青混合料高溫穩(wěn)定性能、低溫抗裂性能、水穩(wěn)定性能和抗老化性能的試驗(yàn)研究,并與基質(zhì)瀝青混合料和SBS改性瀝青混合料性能進(jìn)行對(duì)比,得出Antiru-I抗車轍劑能夠大幅度地提高瀝青混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性能,對(duì)瀝青混合料的低溫抗裂性能、水穩(wěn)定性能和抗老化性能也有不同程度的改善作用,但提高幅度有限。 針對(duì)抗車轍劑的改性目的,提出抗車轍劑瀝青混合料性能檢驗(yàn)的參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn):瀝青混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性能應(yīng)依據(jù)改性瀝青混合料的技術(shù)要求執(zhí)行,瀝青混合料的低溫抗裂性能可依據(jù)普通瀝青混合料的技術(shù)要求執(zhí)行。結(jié)合車轍試驗(yàn)和低溫彎曲試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,得到Antiru-I、PR PLAST.S抗車轍劑在不同氣候分區(qū)中適用的摻量范圍。綜合考慮瀝青混合料的各項(xiàng)路用性能,采用多級(jí)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型對(duì)不同摻量抗車轍劑方案進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),確定出抗車轍劑的最佳摻量,,建議Antiru-I抗車轍劑的最佳摻量為6‰,PR PLAST.S抗車轍劑的最佳摻量為4‰。
[Abstract]:With the increase of highway traffic, the increase of vehicle axle load and the aggravation of channelized traffic, rutting damage of asphalt pavement is becoming more and more common. Rutting problem becomes an urgent problem in the early disease of asphalt pavement. On the basis of deep research on rutting prevention measures at home and abroad, two kinds of anti-rutting agents, Antiru-I and PR PLAST.S, are selected to study the influence law and modification mechanism of anti-rutting agents on asphalt binder and asphalt mixture performance. In this paper, a new anti-rutting agent (Antiru-I) is studied. Wet and dry modification techniques are adopted. According to the experimental results of complexity, economy and road performance of the modified process, it is suggested that the dry modification process is superior to the wet modification process. On this basis, two kinds of rutting resistant agents, Antiru-I and PR PLAST.S, are selected to study the high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance, water stability and aging resistance of asphalt mixture. Compared with base asphalt mixture and SBS modified asphalt mixture, it is concluded that Antiru-I rutting resistant agent can greatly improve the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture and the low temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture. The water stability and the anti-aging property also have different degree of improvement, but the increase range is limited. In view of the modification purpose of rutting resistance agent, the paper puts forward the reference standard for performance inspection of rutting agent asphalt mixture: the high temperature stability performance of asphalt mixture should be carried out according to the technical requirements of modified asphalt mixture. The low temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture can be carried out according to the technical requirements of ordinary asphalt mixture. Combined with the results of rutting test and low temperature bending test, the suitable range of antirusting agent antirutting agent PLAST.S in different climatic zones was obtained. Considering the pavement performance of asphalt mixture, the multi-stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to evaluate the scheme of anti-rutting agent with different dosage, and the optimum amount of anti-rutting agent is determined. It is suggested that the best dosage of Antiru-I antirutting agent is 6 鈥
