【摘要】:改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力不斷提高,高速公路建設(shè)得到了迅猛發(fā)展,為地質(zhì)及巖土工程的發(fā)展提供了有利條件,同時(shí)也對(duì)地質(zhì)及巖土工程提高了要求以應(yīng)對(duì)興建現(xiàn)代高速公路的需要。我國(guó)沿海及內(nèi)陸平原、山區(qū)廣泛分布著飽和軟土,在這類軟土地基上修建高速公路難度極大,為了防止路基失穩(wěn)或者過(guò)度沉降的出現(xiàn),必須對(duì)地基進(jìn)行加固處理,否則,極易對(duì)工程的建設(shè)和公路的正常使用造成不可估量的影響。在當(dāng)今社會(huì)已經(jīng)積累了很多處理軟土地基的方法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文主要依托邢衡高速公路衡水段一期工程對(duì)長(zhǎng)短樁復(fù)合地基、強(qiáng)夯法、水泥攪拌樁復(fù)合地基進(jìn)行研究。分別對(duì)三種地基處理方式的作用機(jī)理以及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析。沉降是高速公路地基處理及路基填筑質(zhì)量檢測(cè)的重要指標(biāo)之一,沉降監(jiān)測(cè)是最直觀了解高速公路沉降情況的方式。高速公路工程中路基不均勻沉降量的大小直接關(guān)系到在工程完工通車后道路的使用是否能夠達(dá)到要求,過(guò)大的沉降差會(huì)導(dǎo)致路面開(kāi)裂,甚至路基失穩(wěn)塌陷,所以對(duì)高速公路工程進(jìn)行沉降監(jiān)測(cè)工作以進(jìn)行施工控制是非常必要的。本文使用ABAQUS軟件分別對(duì)三種不同地基處理方法進(jìn)行模擬,根據(jù)施工中實(shí)測(cè)所得數(shù)據(jù)與有限元模擬計(jì)算所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行校核分析,對(duì)高速公路地基發(fā)生下降的原因進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的分析,從而深入挖掘高速公路地基下沉的規(guī)律。在得到不同工況不同施工時(shí)期的沉降數(shù)據(jù)后,對(duì)不同條件下高速公路軟土路基沉降的規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究。通過(guò)數(shù)學(xué)的方法對(duì)沉降監(jiān)測(cè)中所得到的實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)擬合,通過(guò)擬合得到的曲線圖預(yù)測(cè)出后期沉降變化,以便對(duì)未來(lái)的施工采取相應(yīng)合理的施工控制措施。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the economic strength of our country has been continuously improved, and the highway construction has been developed rapidly, which provides favorable conditions for the development of geological and geotechnical engineering. At the same time, the geological and geotechnical engineering requirements are raised to meet the needs of modern highway construction. The saturated soft soil is widely distributed in the coastal and inland plains of our country. It is very difficult to build expressway on this kind of soft soil foundation. In order to prevent the subgrade from unstable or excessive settlement, the foundation must be strengthened or treated. It is easy to cause incalculable influence on the construction of engineering and the normal use of highway. In today's society, many methods and experiences have been accumulated to deal with soft soil foundation. Based on the first stage of Hengshui section of Xingheng Expressway, this paper studies the composite foundation of long and short piles, dynamic compaction and cement mixing piles. The action mechanism of three kinds of foundation treatment methods and the key points of site construction are analyzed respectively. Settlement is one of the most important indexes of expressway foundation treatment and subgrade filling quality detection, and settlement monitoring is the most intuitionistic way to understand expressway settlement. The magnitude of uneven settlement of roadbed in expressway engineering is directly related to whether the use of road can meet the requirements after the completion of the project. The excessive settlement difference will lead to pavement cracking and even subgrade instability collapse. So it is very necessary to monitor the settlement of expressway engineering to control the construction. In this paper, three kinds of different foundation treatment methods are simulated by ABAQUS software, and checked and analyzed according to the measured data in construction and the data obtained from finite element simulation calculation. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the causes of the subgrade descent of the expressway, so as to excavate deeply the law of the foundation subsidence of the expressway. After obtaining the settlement data of different working conditions and different construction periods, the settlement law of soft soil subgrade of expressway under different conditions is studied. The measured data obtained in settlement monitoring are fitted by mathematical method, and the later settlement changes are predicted by the curves obtained in order to take appropriate construction control measures for future construction.
