瀝青路面銑刨機截齒的失效研究及結(jié)構(gòu)設計

【摘要】:路面冷銑刨機作為一種瀝青路面的養(yǎng)護施工設備應用廣泛,銑刨機截齒作為銑刨機的銑削執(zhí)行部件,目前銑刨截齒的失效問題已經(jīng)成為影響銑刨機施工質(zhì)量和進度的一個關(guān)鍵因素。筆者在依托前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了截齒的磨損失效機理,在一定程度上改進了銑刨截齒的結(jié)構(gòu);以ABAQUS軟件為工具對截齒的磨粒磨損過程以及單把截齒參數(shù)對銑削阻力的影響規(guī)律進行了研究,本文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下:1.對銑刨機截齒進行簡要分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)磨損是截齒失效的主要形式,并且發(fā)現(xiàn)截齒頭參與銑削以及截齒存在偏磨情況;對銑刨機相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,并對現(xiàn)有研究中存在的問題進行了探討。2.總結(jié)了銑刨截齒的失效方式;通過建立銑刨截齒的單顆粒磨粒磨損模型,得到了影響截齒磨損的主要因素是截齒的硬度、銑削阻力和截齒遇到的硬質(zhì)顆粒的數(shù)目;并對銑刨截齒磨粒磨損過程進行了三維數(shù)值仿真分析,探討了銑刨截齒的磨損機理。3.通過分析路面冷銑刨機的銑削過程,結(jié)合銑刨截齒銑削力學模型,對銑刨機截齒的受力進行了詳細的分析。利用MATLAB軟件計算出截齒的銑削阻力,得到銑刨機水平進給速度、銑刨鼓轉(zhuǎn)速和安裝截齒的角度對銑削阻力的影響規(guī)律。4.利用ABAQUS軟件建立截齒銑削路面的有限元模型,以截齒的齒尖角和齒身夾角為變量進行多次銑削模擬仿真,得到了截齒參數(shù)對銑削阻力的影響規(guī)律。5.對現(xiàn)有的截齒進行分析,得知由于截齒頭的硬度不夠?qū)е陆佚X磨損失效速度較快;討論了分段式截齒的可行性,在此基礎(chǔ)上設計了兩種分段式截齒,通過比較分析得到兩段式結(jié)構(gòu)的截齒較為合理;通過對現(xiàn)有的截齒與刀座的連接方式進行分析,得知銑削廢料較為容易進入刀座內(nèi)而導致截齒在刀座內(nèi)無法正常自轉(zhuǎn),從而使得截齒產(chǎn)生偏磨;改正現(xiàn)有結(jié)構(gòu)的缺點,設計了一種截齒與刀座裝配的新方法。
[Abstract]:Pavement cold milling machine is widely used as a kind of asphalt pavement maintenance construction equipment, and milling machine cutter is used as milling executive part of milling machine. At present, the failure of milling cutter has become a key factor affecting the construction quality and progress of milling machine. On the basis of previous research results, the author discusses the wear failure mechanism of gear cutting, and improves the structure of cutting gear to a certain extent. The abrasive wear process of cutter and the influence of single cutter parameters on milling resistance are studied with ABAQUS software. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Through the brief analysis of the cutting of the milling machine, it is found that the wear is the main form of the cutter failure, and it is found that the cutter takes part in the milling and there is a partial wear of the cutter, and the research status in the related fields of the milling machine is analyzed. At the same time, the problems existing in the existing research are discussed. 2. 2. The failure mode of milling cutter is summarized, the single particle wear model is established, and the main factors affecting gear cutting are the hardness of cutter, milling resistance and the number of hard particles. Three dimensional numerical simulation analysis was carried out on the wear process of grinding cutter, and the wear mechanism of milling cutter was discussed. Based on the analysis of the milling process of the cold milling machine and the mechanical model of milling the cutter, the force of the cutter is analyzed in detail. The milling resistance of the cutter is calculated by using MATLAB software, and the influence law of the horizontal feed speed of the milling machine, the rotation speed of the milling drum and the angle of mounting the cutter on the milling resistance is obtained. The finite element model of cutter milling pavement is established by using ABAQUS software, and the simulation of multiple milling is carried out with the tooth angle and tooth body angle as variables, and the influence of cutter parameters on milling resistance is obtained. Based on the analysis of the existing cutters, it is found that the wear failure rate of the cutters is faster because the hardness of the cutters is not enough, and the feasibility of the segmented cutters is discussed, and on the basis of this, two kinds of segmented cutters are designed. Through comparison and analysis, it is found that the cutter of two-section structure is more reasonable, and through the analysis of the existing connection between the cutter and the cutter holder, it is known that the milling waste is easy to enter the tool holder, which results in the tooth cutting can not be rotated normally in the tool holder. A new method of assembly between cutter and tool holder is designed to correct the shortcomings of the existing structure.
