木質(zhì)素纖維與橡膠瀝青復(fù)合改性高RAP摻量溫拌再生混合料路用性能與耐久性研究

【摘要】:為了解決傳統(tǒng)溫再生混合料RAP摻量低、低溫和水穩(wěn)定性不滿足工程要求的行業(yè)性難題,對(duì)不同類型纖維橡膠溫拌再生混合料進(jìn)行了常規(guī)路用性能試驗(yàn)、四點(diǎn)彎曲疲勞和加速加載試驗(yàn)(MMLS1/3),分析了膠粉摻量和木質(zhì)素纖維對(duì)高RAP摻量Sasobit纖維橡膠溫拌再生混合料路用性能和疲勞性能的改善效果,結(jié)果表明,摻加Sasobit溫拌可使橡膠溫拌再生混合料拌和溫度可降低30℃~35℃,節(jié)能減排效果顯著;通過(guò)摻加木質(zhì)素纖維和橡膠瀝青是改善高RAP摻量溫再生瀝青混合料高低溫性能和抗疲勞耐久性能的有效技術(shù)途徑;相對(duì)于SBS改性溫再生混合料,纖維橡膠瀝青溫拌再生混合料具有較好的水穩(wěn)定性、低溫抗裂性和抗疲勞性能;纖維橡膠瀝青溫再生混合料疲勞壽命、自愈合性能均隨著橡膠瀝青中膠粉摻量增大呈先增大后減小的變化趨勢(shì),在14%膠粉摻量時(shí)疲勞壽命和自愈合性能出現(xiàn)峰值,纖維橡膠溫再生混合料抗剪切疲勞次數(shù)為基質(zhì)瀝青和SBS溫再生混合料的1.23~1.85倍、1.15~1.47倍。推薦用于纖維橡膠瀝青溫再生混合料適宜的木質(zhì)素纖維摻量為0.35%,適宜的橡膠瀝青膠粉摻量14%~16%。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the industrial problems of low RAP content and low temperature and water stability of traditional warm recycled mixture, the conventional road performance tests of different types of fiber rubber warm mix recycled mixture were carried out. Four point bending fatigue test and accelerated loading test were carried out to analyze the improvement effect of rubber powder content and lignin fiber on the road performance and fatigue performance of high RAP content Sasobit fiber rubber warm mix recycled mixture.
