隧道施工缺陷對營運的風(fēng)險性分析

【摘要】:當前我國已成為隧道工程最多、最復(fù)雜、發(fā)展最快的國家之一。隨著目前我國公路隧道工程數(shù)量的增加和建設(shè)速度的加快,由于施工各方面的原因,部分已建和在建的公路隧道都出現(xiàn)了不同程度的質(zhì)量問題,有的甚至影響了隧道的正常運營,同時這些缺陷又給隧道的安全運營帶來了潛在的風(fēng)險性。然而由于隧道結(jié)構(gòu)施工工藝復(fù)雜,地質(zhì)條件不確定,施工工序繁多,使其在施工過程中存在不少潛在危險源,這些都極易產(chǎn)生施工缺陷,從而對隧道施工與運營產(chǎn)生了較大的影響;這些缺陷不僅影響著圍巖與結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性,而且影響施工與運營安全。因此,開展隧道施工缺陷對襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)安全性影響的研究十分重要。鑒于此,本文通過運用理論分析和數(shù)值模擬等研究手段,針對襯砌厚度不足、襯砌背后空洞和襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)裂縫等這三種病害對襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)安全性的影響進行了研究,主要工作和研究成果總結(jié)如下:①以新建柳梢溝隧道為研究對象,通過檢測結(jié)果,總結(jié)了造成隧道襯砌厚度不足、襯砌背后空洞和襯砌裂縫的主要成因及病害形式,分析了國內(nèi)外對這三種典型病害的研究現(xiàn)狀。②基于地層-結(jié)構(gòu)法原理,通過襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)的受力原理,結(jié)合柳梢溝隧道的病害形式,建立襯砌厚度不足、襯砌背后空洞和襯砌裂縫的簡化計算模型。③采用有限元數(shù)值模擬,建立隧道三維狀態(tài)下的計算模型,分析了襯砌厚度不足、襯砌背后空洞和襯砌裂縫的出現(xiàn)對襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)截面安全系數(shù)的影響;得出缺陷在襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)不同位置以及沿隧道縱向不同長度上襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力和安全系數(shù)的變化規(guī)律。④通過對以上研究成果的比較分析,得出隧道襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)在施工缺陷作用下結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性影響變化;分析了結(jié)構(gòu)的受力變化,得出襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)在不同病害作用下結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性,為隧道結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性評價和后期的運營監(jiān)測提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:At present, China has become one of the countries with the most tunnel engineering, the most complex and the fastest development. With the increase in the number of highway tunnel projects and the acceleration of construction speed in our country, due to various reasons of construction, some highway tunnels that have already been built and under construction have appeared different degree of quality problems. Some even affect the normal operation of the tunnel, at the same time, these defects bring potential risks to the safe operation of the tunnel. However, due to the complex construction technology of tunnel structure, uncertain geological conditions and numerous construction procedures, there are many potential hazard sources in the construction process, which are easy to produce construction defects. These defects not only affect the stability of surrounding rock and structure, but also affect the safety of construction and operation. Therefore, it is very important to study the influence of tunnel construction defects on the safety of lining structure. In this paper, by means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the effects of three kinds of diseases, such as insufficient lining thickness, cavity behind lining and cracks in lining structure, on the safety of lining structure are studied. The main work and research results are summarized as follows: 1. Taking the newly built Liuzigou tunnel as the research object, through the test results, the main causes and disease forms of the tunnel lining thickness deficiency, the cavity behind the lining and the lining cracks are summarized. Based on the principle of stratigraphic structure method and the stress principle of lining structure and the disease form of Liuchaigou tunnel, this paper analyzes the present research situation of these three kinds of typical diseases at home and abroad, and establishes the insufficient thickness of lining. The simplified calculation model of cavity and crack behind lining .3 the finite element numerical simulation is used to establish the calculation model of tunnel in three dimensional state, and the shortage of lining thickness is analyzed. The influence of the cavity behind the lining and the lining crack on the safety factor of the lining structure section; The variation law of stress and safety factor of lining structure in different position of lining structure and along tunnel longitudinal length is obtained. The influence of tunnel lining structure on the safety of the structure under the action of construction defects is obtained, and the stress change of the structure is analyzed, and the safety of the lining structure under the action of different diseases is obtained. It provides the basis for the safety evaluation of tunnel structure and the later operation monitoring.
