石林隧道支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)破壞特征及其機(jī)理分析

【摘要】:石林隧道位于永寧高速公路的永安段,地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜,構(gòu)造應(yīng)力偏高,富水,斷層褶皺發(fā)育,巖體軟弱破碎,隧道基底強(qiáng)度低,圍巖自穩(wěn)能力極差。當(dāng)隧道開挖后,圍巖產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈變形、主要表現(xiàn)為拱頂沉降大,累計(jì)沉降達(dá)1.2 m;支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)被嚴(yán)重破壞,噴射混凝土層出現(xiàn)開裂和剝落,工字鋼拱架被壓變形;同時(shí),仰拱出現(xiàn)上拱現(xiàn)象,并伴隨較大面積的裂縫出現(xiàn);同一隧道段,二次襯砌還發(fā)生了嚴(yán)重的縱向和橫向開裂。從圍巖強(qiáng)度條件、地下水作用、構(gòu)造應(yīng)力條件以及隧道變形破壞特征等方面,分析了隧道支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)變形破壞的根本原因和機(jī)制,并進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的理論計(jì)算,認(rèn)為它是隧道開挖卸荷后,圍巖強(qiáng)度低、縱向承載力差異、塑性流動(dòng)與膨脹等共同作用的結(jié)果;趯(duì)隧道圍巖變形破壞機(jī)理分析后,針對(duì)病害采取了一系列的治理措施,確保隧道順利貫通,同時(shí)也可為類似工程的處置提供參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:Shilin Tunnel is located in Yongan section of Yongning Expressway. The geological conditions are complicated, the tectonic stress is high, the water is rich, the fault fold is developed, the rock mass is weak and broken, the base strength of the tunnel is low, and the self-stability ability of surrounding rock is extremely poor. When the tunnel is excavated, the surrounding rock produces strong deformation, which mainly shows that the dome settlement is large, the accumulative settlement is up to 1.2 m, the support structure is seriously damaged, the shotcrete layer is cracked and spalling, the I-steel arch frame is compressed and deformed, at the same time, In the same tunnel section, the secondary lining also has serious longitudinal and transverse cracking. From the aspects of surrounding rock strength condition, groundwater action, tectonic stress condition and tunnel deformation and failure characteristics, the fundamental causes and mechanism of tunnel supporting structure deformation and failure are analyzed, and relevant theoretical calculations are carried out. It is considered that it is the result of low strength of surrounding rock, difference of longitudinal bearing capacity, plastic flow and expansion after excavation and unloading of tunnel. Based on the analysis of deformation and failure mechanism of tunnel surrounding rock, a series of treatment measures are taken to ensure the smooth passage of tunnel, which can also be used for reference for similar projects.
