基于生物力學(xué)仿真的駕駛員身體負(fù)荷分布研究

【摘要】:針對目前主要從姿勢角度和主觀評價(jià)兩方面對駕駛姿勢舒適性進(jìn)行評價(jià),未能在更深層次上揭示駕駛姿勢舒適性的機(jī)理,且通過主觀評價(jià)構(gòu)建的姿勢不舒適度模型的實(shí)用效果不理想,提出了一種客觀評價(jià)方法。首先建立了駕駛員的人體生物力學(xué)模型;接著設(shè)計(jì)仿真方案,進(jìn)行肌肉分群,設(shè)定評價(jià)指標(biāo),并定義姿勢變量;最后通過仿真,初步獲得駕駛員坐姿和駕駛室布置參數(shù)對駕駛員人體生物力學(xué)負(fù)荷及其分布的影響規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:In view of the current evaluation of driving posture comfort from two aspects of posture angle and subjective evaluation, the mechanism of driving posture comfort can not be revealed on a deeper level. An objective evaluation method is proposed based on the subjective evaluation of the posture uncomfortableness model. Firstly, the human biomechanical model of the driver is established; then, the simulation scheme is designed to divide the muscles, set the evaluation index, and define the posture variables. The effects of driver sitting position and cab layout parameters on the driver's biomechanical load and its distribution were obtained.
