鹽分與凍融循環(huán)對(duì)聚酯纖維瀝青混合料水穩(wěn)定性的影響研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)公路建設(shè)的高速發(fā)展,由于道路特點(diǎn)及車(chē)輛所需的各種安全性能,瀝青路面已成為最主要的路面之一。瀝青混合料是路面材料的必備材料,它不僅提高了行車(chē)的安全性、舒適性等各種安全性能,還可以提高路面的使用壽命。大型交通工具的發(fā)展,加速了瀝青路面的發(fā)展,對(duì)于提高瀝青混合料的性能,摻加聚酯纖維是最有效的方法之一。隨著聚酯纖維的摻加,瀝青路面的各種路用性能得到了有效地改善,其使用壽命也相對(duì)提高不少。對(duì)此,聚酯纖維瀝青混合料的性能是研究的重點(diǎn),通過(guò)摻加0、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%的聚酯纖維于瀝青混合料中,制作成了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)馬歇爾試件,將其放于0、10%、15%、20%的氯化鈉溶液中浸泡,再經(jīng)過(guò)0、2、4、6、8次的凍融循環(huán)試驗(yàn),最后進(jìn)行劈裂試驗(yàn),分析了該路面材料在鹽分侵蝕與凍融循環(huán)下的力學(xué)性能和水穩(wěn)定性能。得到的有關(guān)結(jié)論如下:(1)當(dāng)氯化鈉鹽溶液濃度與凍融循環(huán)次數(shù)不變時(shí),瀝青混合料的凍融劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度與凍融劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度比隨著聚酯纖維摻量的增加,而出現(xiàn)的變化規(guī)律為:先增大后減小。(2)聚酯纖維摻加于瀝青混合料中對(duì)其性能的改善的變化過(guò)程中有峰值出現(xiàn),因而,聚酯纖維的摻量存在最佳值,且為0.2%。(3)當(dāng)聚酯纖維摻量與凍融循環(huán)次數(shù)不變時(shí),隨著氯化鈉濃度的增加,瀝青混合料的凍融劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度與凍融劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度比都在逐漸降低,其水穩(wěn)定性能也在逐漸減弱。(4)當(dāng)只考慮凍融循環(huán)次數(shù)的影響因素時(shí),隨著凍融循環(huán)次數(shù)的增加,瀝青混合料的凍融劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度在降低,其水穩(wěn)定性也逐漸減弱。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway construction in China, asphalt pavement has become one of the most important pavement due to the characteristics of roads and various safety properties required by vehicles. Asphalt mixture is a necessary material for pavement materials. It not only improves the safety and comfort of driving, but also improves the service life of pavement. The development of large-scale transportation accelerates the development of asphalt pavement. Adding polyester fiber is one of the most effective methods to improve the performance of asphalt mixture. With the addition of polyester fiber, the road performance of asphalt pavement has been improved effectively, and its service life has been improved. In view of this, the performance of polyester fiber asphalt mixture is the focus of the research. Through adding 0. 1% 0. 1% polyester fiber and 0. 3% polyester fiber into the asphalt mixture, a standard Marshall specimen is made, and it is immersed in a solution of 0. 10% and 15. 15% sodium chloride. After 8 times of freeze-thaw cycle test, the splitting test was carried out, and the mechanical properties and water stability of the pavement material under salt erosion and freeze-thaw cycle were analyzed. The conclusions are as follows: (1) when the concentration of sodium chloride solution and the number of freeze-thaw cycles are not changed, the ratio of freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength and freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength of asphalt mixture increases with the increase of polyester fiber content. But the change rule is: increase first, then decrease. 2) there is a peak value in the process of adding polyester fiber to the asphalt mixture to improve its performance, therefore, the content of polyester fiber has the best value. The ratio of freezing and thawing splitting tensile strength and freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength of asphalt mixture decreases gradually with the increase of sodium chloride concentration when the content of polyester fiber and the number of freeze-thaw cycles are not changed. The water stability of asphalt mixture decreases gradually when only the factors affecting the number of freeze-thaw cycles are considered, with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles, the tensile strength of freeze-thaw splitting of asphalt mixture decreases, and the water stability decreases gradually.
