索承橋上部結(jié)構(gòu)新型全視角檢測裝備研究

【摘要】:為了準(zhǔn)確檢測斜拉橋、懸索橋等索承橋的上部主要承重結(jié)構(gòu)斜拉索、吊桿的硬化開裂現(xiàn)象,在總結(jié)國內(nèi)外檢測方法研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了一種索承橋上部結(jié)構(gòu)新型全視角檢測裝備,并探討了其設(shè)計(jì)思路、工作流程和圖像分析方法。分析認(rèn)為該裝備可以快速評(píng)判纜索外部損傷缺陷,確保高空檢測的準(zhǔn)確性及安全性,同時(shí)具有質(zhì)量輕、安裝簡易、智能化程度高等特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately detect the upper main load-bearing structure of cable stayed bridge, suspension bridge and other cable bearing bridges, the hardened and cracking phenomenon of the hanger rod, on the basis of summarizing the current research status of the detection methods at home and abroad, introduced a new type of full angle measuring equipment for the superstructure of the cable bearing bridge, and discussed its design ideas, work flow and image analysis methods. It is considered that the equipment can quickly judge the defect of cable external damage, ensure the accuracy and safety of high altitude detection, and it has the characteristics of light quality, easy installation and high intelligentization.
