【摘要】:近年來,中國汽車保有量急劇增加,交通出行量不斷加大。由于交通擁堵導(dǎo)致交通事故頻發(fā)、人員傷亡增加、經(jīng)濟(jì)損失嚴(yán)重和環(huán)境污染加劇等,嚴(yán)重影響我國的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。國內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者不斷探索交通擁堵問題的解決方法,大量研究表明:面對日益復(fù)雜的交通問題,僅依靠道路建設(shè)和傳統(tǒng)交通管理方式,很難奏效。車路協(xié)同系統(tǒng)就是利用先進(jìn)的信息與通訊技術(shù),改善交通管理方式,提高路網(wǎng)的運(yùn)輸能力,能夠有效的緩解交通擁堵、提高交通安全、降低交通事故率和減少環(huán)境污染等。路側(cè)熱點(diǎn)服務(wù)設(shè)備是保障智能交通系統(tǒng)發(fā)揮作用,有效進(jìn)行路網(wǎng)管理和路網(wǎng)控制的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié),因此,如何布設(shè)路側(cè)設(shè)備一直都是研究的熱點(diǎn)。本文在充分分析國內(nèi)外對路側(cè)設(shè)備布設(shè)方案研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,首先,對常見的交通檢測器進(jìn)行對比分析,完成了路側(cè)熱點(diǎn)服務(wù)設(shè)備的選型;其次,根據(jù)路網(wǎng)中各類道路的特征,把路網(wǎng)分為高速路和城市路兩類,針對兩類路網(wǎng)的特性分別給出基于事件下行程時(shí)間估計(jì)的高速路路側(cè)設(shè)備布設(shè)方案和基于圖論和矩陣論的城市路布設(shè)方案;再次,基于路段流量建立路段相似性矩陣,考慮實(shí)際應(yīng)用中布設(shè)成本和功效兩方面問題,建立雙目標(biāo)的路側(cè)設(shè)備布設(shè)優(yōu)化模型,并采用寬容分層序列法對其求解;最后,調(diào)查路網(wǎng)中現(xiàn)有的交通信息采集設(shè)備,對主體捆綁的檢測器進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化。文中結(jié)尾給出實(shí)例計(jì)算,采用微觀交通仿真軟件VISSIM進(jìn)行仿真驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:該優(yōu)化模型對路網(wǎng)的交通流量的采集精度較高,能為路網(wǎng)管理的決策者決策提供有力保障。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of cars in China has increased sharply and the amount of transportation has been increasing. Traffic congestion leads to frequent traffic accidents, increased casualties, serious economic losses and aggravated environmental pollution, which seriously affect the sustainable development of our country. Experts and scholars at home and abroad continue to explore solutions to traffic congestion problem, a large number of studies show that: in the face of increasingly complex traffic problems, only rely on road construction and traditional traffic management, it is difficult to work. Vehicle-road cooperative system is to use advanced information and communication technology, improve traffic management, improve the transport capacity of road network, can effectively alleviate traffic congestion, improve traffic safety, reduce traffic accident rate and reduce environmental pollution, and so on. The road side hot spot service equipment is the basic link to ensure the function of the intelligent transportation system and effectively carry out the road network management and network control. Therefore, how to set up the road side equipment is always the hot spot of the research. In this paper, based on the analysis of the research status of road-side equipment layout at home and abroad, firstly, the common traffic detectors are compared and analyzed, and the selection of roadside hot-spot service equipment is completed. According to the characteristics of all kinds of roads in the road network, the road network is divided into two types: highway road and city road. According to the characteristics of the two types of road network, respectively, the highway side equipment layout scheme based on event travel time estimation and the urban road layout scheme based on graph theory and matrix theory are presented. Thirdly, the section similarity matrix is established based on the section flow. Considering the problem of cost and efficiency in practical application, the optimization model of road side equipment layout with double targets is established and solved by using the tolerant hierarchical sequence method. Finally, the existing traffic information collection equipment in the road network is investigated. The detector for the main bundle is further optimized. At the end of the paper, an example is given, and the microscopic traffic simulation software VISSIM is used to verify the simulation. The results show that the model has a high precision for traffic flow collection and can provide a strong guarantee for the decision making of road network management.
