瀝青路面性能非線性模糊評價及預防性養(yǎng)護最佳時機研究

【摘要】:隨著高速公路建設事業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,在繼續(xù)不斷建設高速公路的同時,已建成高速公路在投入使用過程中相繼出現了不同程度的損壞,高速公路養(yǎng)護工作的形勢愈加嚴峻。因此,就特別需要重視對高速公路進行預防性養(yǎng)護,以便緩解公路管理部門在路面養(yǎng)護工作中資金投入方面的壓力。瀝青路面預防性養(yǎng)護是指交通主管部門或者公路管理機構,為防止路面病害的出現或者輕微病害的惡化,采取不擾動原有路面結構、不提高路面結構承載能力的養(yǎng)護措施,從而達到延緩路面使用性能的衰減,降低路面在全部使用服務周期內的養(yǎng)護費用。本文從瀝青路面預防性養(yǎng)護的特點出發(fā),結合現有規(guī)范中瀝青路面使用性能評價指標,提出了基于非線性模糊評價的瀝青路面預防性養(yǎng)護使用性能綜合評價模型,以及瀝青路面預防性養(yǎng)護最佳時機的研究。主要研究成果如下:首先,介紹了目前國內外常用的瀝青路面預防性養(yǎng)護措施,總結歸納了各預防性養(yǎng)護措施的優(yōu)點及適用條件,為瀝青路面預防性養(yǎng)護措施的選擇提供了依據。同時,介紹了現有的預防性養(yǎng)護措施決策方法,例如:決策樹和決策矩陣法、綜合評判法、效益費用法和生命周期費用法,為路面養(yǎng)護管理部門進行預防性養(yǎng)護措施決策提供了理論方法。其次,引入了預防性養(yǎng)護路段的概念,根據路面使用性能和路面破損情況,運用有序聚類法和K-聚類法對養(yǎng)護路段進行劃分歸類,克服了傳統(tǒng)路段劃分方法局限性,以便精確的制定不同路段的預防性養(yǎng)護方案。然后,本文針對現有瀝青路面預防性養(yǎng)護路面性能評價方法主觀性強的不足,考慮了瀝青路面使用性能對路面性能綜合評價的層次性、模糊性以及評價活動本身的復雜性,提出了瀝青路面預防性養(yǎng)護路面性能非線性模糊評價模型。選取損害狀況指數、行駛質量指數、結構強度指數、橫向力系數和車轍深度指數作為瀝青路面的性能評價指標。運用區(qū)間數學和層次分析法確定各性能指標的區(qū)間權重,減少了主觀因素的影響。引入能夠反映某些性能指標對路面綜合性能影響程度不同的突出影響系數,彌補了傳統(tǒng)線性模糊評價的不足。該方法能夠客觀反映路段在路網中的位置,為路面管理部門制定預防性養(yǎng)護計劃提供了依據。最后,預防性養(yǎng)護的經濟性和有效性很大程度上取決于采取預防性養(yǎng)護措施的時機,本文重點研究瀝青路面預防性養(yǎng)護最佳時機。生命周期費用模型是從路面的分析期或路面整個生命周期考慮,對每一種養(yǎng)護方案的當量平均年度費用進行比較,以此確定預防性養(yǎng)護最佳時機。本文通過對某工程實例進行分析,運用生命周期費用模型確定瀝青路面預防性養(yǎng)護最佳時機。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of expressway construction, the expressway has been damaged in different degrees in the process of putting into use, and the situation of highway maintenance is becoming more and more serious. Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to the preventive maintenance of highway in order to alleviate the pressure of the highway management department on the investment of funds in pavement maintenance. Preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement refers to the maintenance measures taken by the traffic department or highway management organization to prevent the occurrence of pavement diseases or the deterioration of minor diseases, without disturbing the existing pavement structure and not improving the bearing capacity of the pavement structure. In order to delay the attenuation of pavement performance and reduce the maintenance cost of pavement in the whole service cycle. Based on the characteristics of preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement and the performance evaluation index of asphalt pavement in existing specifications, a comprehensive evaluation model of preventive maintenance performance of asphalt pavement based on nonlinear fuzzy evaluation is put forward in this paper. And the best time of preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement. The main research results are as follows: firstly, the preventive maintenance measures of asphalt pavement used at home and abroad are introduced, and the advantages and applicable conditions of preventive maintenance measures are summarized. It provides a basis for the selection of preventive maintenance measures for asphalt pavement. At the same time, the existing decision-making methods of preventive conservation measures, such as decision tree and decision matrix method, comprehensive evaluation method, benefit cost method and life cycle cost method, are introduced. It provides a theoretical method for pavement maintenance management department to make decision on preventive maintenance measures. Secondly, the concept of preventive maintenance section is introduced. According to the pavement performance and pavement damage, orderly clustering method and K-cluster method are used to classify the maintenance road section, which overcomes the limitation of traditional road section partition method. In order to accurately develop different sections of preventive maintenance program. Then, in view of the subjectivity of the existing asphalt pavement preventive maintenance pavement performance evaluation methods, this paper considers the hierarchy, fuzziness and complexity of the evaluation activities of the asphalt pavement performance comprehensive evaluation to the pavement performance. A nonlinear fuzzy evaluation model of asphalt pavement preventive maintenance pavement performance is presented. The damage condition index, driving mass index, structural strength index, transverse force coefficient and rutting depth index are selected as the performance evaluation indexes of asphalt pavement. Interval mathematics and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are used to determine the interval weight of each performance index, which reduces the influence of subjective factors. The prominent influence coefficient which can reflect the influence of some performance indexes on pavement comprehensive performance is introduced, which makes up for the deficiency of traditional linear fuzzy evaluation. The method can objectively reflect the position of road sections in the road network and provide a basis for road management departments to formulate preventive maintenance plans. Finally, the economy and effectiveness of preventive maintenance largely depend on the timing of preventive maintenance measures. This paper focuses on the best time of preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement. The life-cycle cost model is based on the analysis period of pavement or the whole life cycle of pavement, and compares the equivalent annual cost of each maintenance scheme to determine the best time of preventive maintenance. In this paper, a project example is analyzed and the best time for preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement is determined by using life cycle cost model.
