高海拔特長隧道低壓低氧環(huán)境施工控制技術(shù)研究——供氧技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、關(guān)鍵通風(fēng)技術(shù)、施工人員組織、施工裝備效率

【摘要】:為解決高海拔地區(qū)低壓和低氧環(huán)境帶來的隧道施工供氧、通風(fēng)等技術(shù)難題,采用現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)及測試的方法,對高海拔隧道施工人員缺氧狀況、供氧效果、機(jī)械排污量等進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)合理論推導(dǎo)及數(shù)值計(jì)算,得到如下結(jié)果:人體的缺氧危險(xiǎn)等級分為嚴(yán)重缺氧(Ⅰ)、缺氧(Ⅱ)、存在缺氧危險(xiǎn)(Ⅲ)和不缺氧(Ⅳ)4級;基于肺泡氧分壓與氧氣體積分?jǐn)?shù)關(guān)系的不同缺氧等級下的氧氣體積分?jǐn)?shù)控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn);不同海拔CO體積分?jǐn)?shù)控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模型;基于風(fēng)管開口處流量理論的風(fēng)管漏風(fēng)率海拔修正系數(shù)計(jì)算公式;風(fēng)機(jī)風(fēng)壓、功率的海拔修正系數(shù)公式;考慮人體勞動(dòng)的平均能量代謝率海拔修正系數(shù)的不同海拔下施工人員勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度指數(shù)及強(qiáng)度等級。
