瀝青混合料高溫蠕變失穩(wěn)點(diǎn)預(yù)測(cè)模型及參數(shù)影響

【摘要】:基于壓剪破壞理論,建立了密級(jí)配瀝青混合料高溫蠕變失穩(wěn)點(diǎn)預(yù)測(cè)模型,并研究了模型參數(shù)的影響因素.利用三軸壓縮試驗(yàn),獲得瀝青混合料不同圍壓下高溫抗壓強(qiáng)度和抗剪強(qiáng)度參數(shù).在相同溫度及對(duì)應(yīng)圍壓下,實(shí)施不同載荷水平的三軸動(dòng)態(tài)蠕變?cè)囼?yàn),得到混合料高溫失穩(wěn)點(diǎn)對(duì)應(yīng)的流變次數(shù)F_N,分析了不同圍壓下F_N變化規(guī)律,建立了一個(gè)新的預(yù)測(cè)F_N模型.此外,通過(guò)試驗(yàn)對(duì)摻加不同添加劑混合料的F_N預(yù)測(cè)值進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,進(jìn)一步分析了級(jí)配及溫度對(duì)模型參數(shù)的影響.結(jié)果表明,瀝青混合料失穩(wěn)點(diǎn)F_N預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果有較好一致性,改變級(jí)配或試驗(yàn)溫度均會(huì)對(duì)預(yù)測(cè)模型參數(shù)產(chǎn)生較大影響,而添加劑的影響則可忽略,當(dāng)溫度為60℃時(shí)AC20級(jí)配混合料參數(shù)a,b值比AC13級(jí)配參數(shù)分別減小約52.1%,18.3%,且同一級(jí)配材料隨溫度升高,參數(shù)a波動(dòng)較大,b則增長(zhǎng)明顯.
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of compression and shear failure, the prediction model of creep instability point of dense gradation asphalt mixture at high temperature is established, and the influence factors of model parameters are studied.The parameters of high temperature compressive strength and shear strength of asphalt mixture under different confining pressures were obtained by triaxial compression test.Under the same temperature and corresponding confining pressure, triaxial dynamic creep tests with different loading levels are carried out, and the rheological times corresponding to the high temperature instability point of the mixture are obtained. The law of FN variation under different confining pressures is analyzed, and a new prediction FN model is established.In addition, the prediction values of FSP with different additives are verified by experiments, and the effects of gradation and temperature on the model parameters are further analyzed.The results show that there is good agreement between the prediction results and the test results at the instability point of asphalt mixture, and the influence of additives on the prediction model parameters will be greatly affected by changing the gradation or test temperature, while the influence of additives can be neglected.When the temperature is 60 鈩,
