【摘要】：集裝箱船舶裝箱排序問題綜合集裝箱裝船順序與船舶貝內(nèi)排箱,是一類典型的組合優(yōu)化問題.考慮堆場發(fā)箱順序和船舶配載之間的關(guān)聯(lián),構(gòu)建集裝箱船舶裝箱排序問題的數(shù)學(xué)模型.針對構(gòu)建的優(yōu)化模型,鑒于已有方法難以直接對其進(jìn)行求解,基于兩階段分層求解思想設(shè)計SWO-HES兩階段算法.算法第1階段利用吱呀輪算法(SWO)大鄰域?qū)蚴剿阉鞯奶攸c(diǎn)優(yōu)化集裝箱裝船順序問題;第2階段將SWO的結(jié)果作為輸入,基于啟發(fā)式規(guī)則和演化策略算法(ES)構(gòu)造混合演化策略算法(HES)優(yōu)化船舶貝內(nèi)排箱問題.最后,通過不同規(guī)模算例的研究,將SWO-HES與常見智能算法、基于實際裝船規(guī)則的啟發(fā)式算法進(jìn)行對比分析,驗證模型與算法的有效性.
[Abstract]:The sorting problem of container packing is a typical combinatorial optimization problem.The mathematical model of container packing scheduling problem is constructed by considering the relation between ship loading sequence and ship stowage.In view of the difficulty of existing methods to solve the optimization model, SWO-HES two-stage algorithm is designed based on two-stage hierarchical solution.In the first stage of the algorithm, the characteristics of the large neighborhood oriented search are used to optimize the container loading sequence problem. In the second stage, the results of SWO are taken as input.Based on heuristic rules and evolutionary strategy algorithm (ESs), a hybrid evolutionary strategy algorithm (HES) is proposed to optimize the ship's Bennet box problem.Finally, through the research of different scale examples, the SWO-HES is compared with the common intelligent algorithm, and the heuristic algorithm based on the actual loading rules is compared to verify the validity of the model and the algorithm.
