移動模架局部結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)及其在工程中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著我國高速公路及鐵路建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展,連續(xù)箱梁橋移動模架施工工藝得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,特別是在跨越江河、城市道路、天塹溝壑等復(fù)雜地形中的橋梁施工中其優(yōu)點得到了充分的發(fā)揮。與其他混凝土橋梁施工工法對比,移動模架施工工法具有施工周期短、適用范圍廣、施工交通影響小、工序程序化、線形易于控制、不需要進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)的處理、施工安全性高等優(yōu)點,目前已成為多跨預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)箱梁施工首選的施工方法。首先,本文對移動模架的特點、分類及移動模架的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及歷史背景進(jìn)行介紹,著重闡述了近年來移動模架在我國的發(fā)展,以及運用這種施工方法建造的各種公路鐵路和跨海大橋,并對不同種類常用的移動模架的運行原理和工藝工程進(jìn)行介紹。其次,以在建的五四湖大橋及浙江溫州市大門大橋工程為研究對象,通過搜集和整理大量移動模架在施工過程中的相關(guān)材料,對上行式及下行式移動模架建立了三維模型,就模架基本構(gòu)造和整體安裝過程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)論述。浙江溫州大門大橋工程采用的液壓自行MSS50ZX-1900移動模架對局部結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),主要改進(jìn)的結(jié)構(gòu)為模架采用液壓電氣控制的自行牛腿以及新型C型梁系統(tǒng),同時運用有限元分析軟件ANSYS,針對局部改進(jìn)的自行牛腿移動模架的主要受力部件主梁建立有限元模型,并對移動模架在首跨、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)跨和末跨三種不同的施工情況進(jìn)行剛度強度和穩(wěn)定性分析。自行牛腿移動模架這給施工帶來的工的效率和質(zhì)量,同時具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益;不僅解決了施工中起重設(shè)備無法到達(dá)、設(shè)備無法倒運的難題而且大大促進(jìn)了移動模架的技術(shù)發(fā)展。再次,對移動模架的局部改進(jìn)為石濟(jì)客專項目中移動模架使用過程中增加配套變軌門式起重機進(jìn)行闡述,該變軌龍門的增加,讓移動模架在使用過程中不僅省去了吊裝的費用,而且縮短了施工工期;加工工序不變的情況下,生產(chǎn)率也大大提高。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway and railway construction in our country, the construction technology of moving mould frame of continuous box girder bridge has been widely used, especially in crossing rivers and city roads.The advantages of bridge in complex terrain such as cut and gully have been brought into full play.Compared with other concrete bridge construction methods, the moving formwork frame construction method has the advantages of short construction period, wide scope of application, small construction traffic impact, programmed working procedure, easy linear control, and no need for foundation treatment.High construction safety has become the preferred construction method for multi-span prestressed concrete continuous box girder construction.First of all, this paper introduces the characteristics, classification, development status and historical background of mobile die frame at home and abroad, focusing on the development of mobile die frame in China in recent years.This paper also introduces the operation principle and technological engineering of different kinds of common moving mould frames which are used to build various highway railways and bridges across the sea by using this construction method.Secondly, taking the Wusihu Bridge under construction and the Gate Bridge Project in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province as the research object, through collecting and arranging a large number of materials related to the construction process of the moving die frame, the paper establishes a three-dimensional model of the uplink and downlink moving die frame.The basic structure of die frame and the whole installation process are discussed in detail.The local structure is improved by hydraulic self-moving MSS50ZX-1900 mould frame used in Zhejiang Wenzhou Gate Bridge project. The main improved structure is the self-supporting corbel with hydraulic and electrical control and a new type C beam system.At the same time, the finite element analysis software ANSYSis is used to establish the finite element model for the main beam, which is the main force component of the local improved self-moving corbel frame, and the moving die frame is in the first span.Stiffness strength and stability of standard span and final span are analyzed in three different construction conditions.The work efficiency and quality of the construction are brought about by the self-propelled corbel moving mould frame. At the same time, it has good economic benefits. It not only solves the problem that the lifting equipment can not be reached in the construction,The difficult problem of equipment can not be reversed and greatly promote the development of mobile mold frame technology.Thirdly, the local improvement of the mobile mould frame is described as the addition of the matching rail gantry crane in the use of the mobile mould frame in the Shiji special project. The increase of the rail gantry makes the mobile mold frame not only save the cost of hoisting in the process of use,Moreover, the construction period is shortened, and the productivity is greatly improved when the processing procedure is unchanged.
