【摘要】：針對(duì)汝郴高速赤石特大橋采用了"人本型"高防護(hù)等級(jí)橋梁景觀鋼護(hù)欄,若為了整體景觀效果而采用與橋側(cè)護(hù)欄一致的結(jié)構(gòu),則會(huì)產(chǎn)生材料浪費(fèi)。從景觀效果、防護(hù)能力、造價(jià)等方面考慮采用人字形立柱加雙側(cè)橫梁的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,并采用有限元仿真對(duì)護(hù)欄結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,最終確定的中央分隔帶橫梁結(jié)構(gòu)中上部橫梁尺寸為120 mm長(zhǎng)×160 mm寬×6 mm厚,中間和下部橫梁尺寸為120 mm長(zhǎng)×160 mm寬×4 mm厚,其余與路側(cè)護(hù)欄采用相同的結(jié)構(gòu)形式。并采用有限元仿真驗(yàn)證了結(jié)構(gòu)的阻擋、導(dǎo)向功能符合相關(guān)規(guī)范要求,通過(guò)比較車輛碰撞路側(cè)護(hù)欄和中央分隔帶護(hù)欄后的護(hù)欄最大變形值得出中央分隔帶護(hù)欄強(qiáng)度不低于路側(cè)護(hù)欄的結(jié)論,并可以應(yīng)用于工程實(shí)際中。
[Abstract]:The "human-based" high protection grade bridge landscape steel guardrail has been adopted for RU Chen High Speed Chishi Bridge. If the same structure as the bridge side guardrail is adopted for the overall landscape effect, the material will be wasted.In view of landscape effect, protective ability, cost and so on, the structure form of herringbone column and double side crossbeam is considered, and the structure of guardrail is optimized by finite element simulation.The final size of the middle and upper beam is 120 mm long 脳 160 mm wide 脳 6 mm thick, and the middle and lower crossbeam size is 120 mm 脳 160 mm wide 脳 4 mm thick.The finite element simulation is used to verify the resistance of the structure, and the guiding function meets the requirements of the relevant specifications.By comparing the maximum deformation of the guardrail after vehicle collision with that of the central barrier, it is worth to conclude that the strength of the guardrail is not lower than that of the road-side guardrail, and it can be applied in engineering practice.
