行人違規(guī)過街行為心理探析及管理對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,城市化建設(shè)的不斷加快,城市人口急速增長(zhǎng)及外來人口不斷地向城市涌進(jìn),為城市交通環(huán)境帶來了越來越大的負(fù)擔(dān),道路建設(shè)的突飛猛進(jìn),機(jī)動(dòng)化水平的迅速提高與道路交通參與者形成了激烈的矛盾,道路上行人違規(guī)現(xiàn)象隨處可見,過馬路闖紅燈、隨意在機(jī)動(dòng)車道上走動(dòng)、不走人行橫道等等。面對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象政府采取了嚴(yán)管重罰及普遍總體的教育措施,然而行人交通違規(guī)現(xiàn)象并沒有得到很好的治理效果,行人交通問題愈演愈烈,對(duì)于行人的交通違規(guī)行為還沒有相對(duì)有效的措施。在過去的研究中,對(duì)造成行人違規(guī)行為的潛在原因深入研究的很少,特別是心理方面的原因。行人的交通違規(guī)行為,是由很多因素造成的,在客觀上交通設(shè)施不完善,交通管理不規(guī)范,主觀上行人交通安全意識(shí)淡薄,心存僥幸心理等,但總的來說,行人違規(guī)必然伴隨著一系列的心理活動(dòng),并受其心理活動(dòng)的支配。因此,從行人心理的角度入手,從根源上解決行人違規(guī)行為就有了非常重要的意義,但是行人違規(guī)心理的研究是屬于比較新的研究領(lǐng)域,并沒有很深入的研究,所以這方面的研究任務(wù)就顯得比較艱巨。在本文中以心理學(xué)理論為基礎(chǔ),以調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),以行為心理學(xué)、交通心理學(xué)、安全心理學(xué)、社會(huì)心理學(xué)、犯罪心理學(xué)等相關(guān)知識(shí)為輔助,同時(shí)采用定性和定量?jī)煞N分析方法,對(duì)行人交通違規(guī)行為進(jìn)行分析研究。首先,詳細(xì)闡述了行為與心理的關(guān)系,行人過街行為的反應(yīng)過程與影響因素,并對(duì)易于引發(fā)違規(guī)過街行為的心理進(jìn)行分析;然后結(jié)合實(shí)際的交通調(diào)查、問卷調(diào)查,找出了石家莊最常見的行人違規(guī)過街行為,并通過調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)分析得出人們出于何種心理造成了違規(guī)行為,然后再對(duì)各種不同心理進(jìn)行針對(duì)性分析,最后對(duì)現(xiàn)有的國(guó)內(nèi)外行人交通管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行整合與分析,找出其中的利與弊,并根據(jù)調(diào)查分析結(jié)果,提出各不同人群、不同心理的相應(yīng)預(yù)防措施和交通設(shè)施改善措施,改善行人交通違規(guī)頻發(fā)現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's economy, city construction continues to accelerate, the rapid growth of city population and foreign population to the city constantly flooded, brought more and more burden for the city traffic environment, rapid road construction, rapid increase in motorization and road traffic participants formed fierce contradictions, on the road pedestrian the illegal phenomenon can be seen everywhere, crossing the red light, walking on the motorway at crosswalk. Facing the government this phenomenon has taken strict penalties and generally the overall educational measures, however pedestrian traffic violations did not get a good treatment effect, pedestrian traffic problems intensified, yet relatively effective the measures for pedestrian traffic violations. In the past research, few in-depth study of the potential causes of pedestrian violation behavior, especially the psychological aspects of the original For pedestrian traffic violations, is caused by many factors, the objective of traffic facilities, traffic management is not standardized, subjective pedestrian traffic safety awareness, feel luck, but in general, pedestrian violation must be accompanied by a series of psychological activities, and subject to the control of mental activity therefore, starting from the pedestrian psychology, has very important significance to solve the root causes of pedestrian violation behavior, but the research of pedestrian Violation Psychology is a new research direction, and there is no further research, the research task in this area is relatively difficult. In this paper based on the theory of psychology based on the survey data as the basis, the behavior psychology, traffic psychology, safety psychology, social psychology, knowledge of criminal psychology as auxiliary, while using two kinds of qualitative and quantitative analysis method, Study on pedestrian traffic violation. Firstly, this paper expounds the relationship behavior and psychological factors, reaction process and influence of pedestrian behavior, and lead to illegal crossing behavior on easy to psychological analysis; then combined with the actual traffic survey, questionnaire survey, it is found that the most common Shijiazhuang pedestrian illegal crossing behavior. And the people for what caused psychological violations through the investigation data analysis, and then the various psychological targeted analysis, finally the integration and analysis of the present situation of the domestic and foreign existing pedestrian traffic management, find out the advantages and disadvantages, and according to the result of the investigation, put forward different people, different psychological preventive measures and traffic facilities improvement measures, improve pedestrian traffic violations frequent phenomenon.
