大跨徑PC連續(xù)箱梁橋零號(hào)塊水化熱溫度效應(yīng)及裂縫控制研究

【摘要】:近些年來(lái),采用懸臂施工的大跨徑預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)箱梁橋得到了廣泛應(yīng)用,該類(lèi)橋梁由于零號(hào)塊空間形狀復(fù)雜,體積大,混凝土強(qiáng)度高,澆筑時(shí)可能由于水化熱反應(yīng)而產(chǎn)生較大的溫度應(yīng)力,進(jìn)而容易出現(xiàn)裂縫,然而零號(hào)塊是大跨徑橋梁懸臂施工的最重要的部件之一,因此零號(hào)塊的水化熱溫度效應(yīng)分析及裂縫控制成了工程建設(shè)的重中之重。本論文依托河北老漳河預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)箱梁橋,選取具有代表性的零號(hào)塊作為研究對(duì)象,跟蹤觀測(cè)其在澆筑過(guò)程中的溫度分布和變化規(guī)律,并驗(yàn)證了有限元仿真分析結(jié)果。通過(guò)仿真分析大跨度PC連續(xù)箱梁橋施工時(shí)分層澆筑及采取管冷措施的施工時(shí)的溫度效應(yīng),提出裂縫預(yù)防對(duì)策。本文具體做了以下研究工作:(1)根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)箱梁零號(hào)塊斷面各測(cè)點(diǎn)的溫度實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),分析零號(hào)塊各截面溫度分布規(guī)律,同時(shí)擬合零號(hào)塊各截面溫度梯度。(2)對(duì)比分析箱梁溫度場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)和有限元理論計(jì)算結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證有限元仿真計(jì)算軟件MIDAS FEA對(duì)水化熱溫度效應(yīng)計(jì)算的有效性,可用于估計(jì)水化熱引起的溫度裂縫區(qū)域。(3)利用MIDAS FEA計(jì)算和模擬采用分層施工和采用管冷措施的零號(hào)塊施工時(shí)混凝土水化熱引起的零號(hào)塊溫度場(chǎng),比較兩種工況下溫度分布和溫度應(yīng)力值,提出裂縫控制措施。(4)從設(shè)計(jì)方面及施工方面,提出PC連續(xù)箱梁橋零號(hào)塊防裂控制措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, long-span prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridges constructed by cantilever have been widely used.However, block zero is one of the most important components in cantilever construction of long-span bridges.Therefore, the analysis of hydration heat temperature effect and crack control of zero block become the top priority of engineering construction.Based on the prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge of Laozhang River in Hebei Province, this paper selects the representative zero block as the research object, tracks and observes the temperature distribution and variation law during the pouring process, and verifies the results of finite element simulation analysis.Based on the simulation analysis of the temperature effect during the construction of PC continuous box girder bridge with long span and pipe cooling measures, the countermeasures of crack prevention are put forward.In this paper, the following research work is done: (1) based on the measured temperature data of the zero section of box girder, the temperature distribution of each section of zero block is analyzed.At the same time, fitting the temperature gradient of each section of block zero, comparing and analyzing the measured data of the box girder temperature field test and the results of the finite element theory calculation, the validity of the finite element simulation software MIDAS FEA for the calculation of the temperature effect of hydration heat is verified.It can be used to estimate the temperature crack area caused by hydration heat. (3) using MIDAS FEA to calculate and simulate the zero block temperature field caused by hydration heat of concrete under stratified construction and zero block construction with pipe cooling measures,By comparing the temperature distribution and temperature stress value under two working conditions, the crack control measures are put forward. From the aspects of design and construction, the crack control measures of block zero of PC continuous box girder bridge are put forward.
