某獨(dú)塔斜拉橋荷載試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:斜拉橋由于跨越能力好、通航影響小、整體剛度大、抗震性能好以及造價(jià)低等優(yōu)勢成為了大跨度橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)中最主要的橋型之一,我國現(xiàn)代化橋梁也越來越多的選用了斜拉橋橋型。隨著斜拉橋跨度不斷增大,斜拉塔結(jié)構(gòu)形式不斷更新,通過荷載試驗(yàn)來檢驗(yàn)斜拉橋的成橋質(zhì)量是十分必要的。斜拉橋的荷載試驗(yàn)不僅可以直接反映出橋梁的安全性以及適用性,還可以為同類橋梁設(shè)計(jì)積累經(jīng)驗(yàn),為將來橋梁在運(yùn)營及養(yǎng)護(hù)過程提供必要的基礎(chǔ)性資料。本文依托某異型獨(dú)塔斜拉橋工程,對該斜拉橋進(jìn)行荷載試驗(yàn)研究,主要研究內(nèi)容如下:運(yùn)用有限元軟件Midas/Civil 2012對該斜拉橋進(jìn)行建模,計(jì)算該斜拉橋在設(shè)計(jì)活荷載作用下的內(nèi)力與變形,得到試驗(yàn)控制截面;計(jì)算在各試驗(yàn)工況下,橋梁控制截面的撓度與應(yīng)變的理論解;對橋梁進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析,得出橋梁的前三階振型,得到其固有頻率。驗(yàn)證橋梁的設(shè)計(jì)合理性,并為將來同類橋梁的有限元建模提供參考。本次荷載試驗(yàn)通過靜載試驗(yàn)測定該斜拉橋的主梁正應(yīng)力及其沿梁高、梁寬的分布規(guī)律、主梁豎向撓度、索塔應(yīng)力、斜拉索索力以及裂縫開展情況;通過動(dòng)載試驗(yàn)對橋梁的動(dòng)力特性和在特定動(dòng)荷載作用下橋梁的動(dòng)應(yīng)變進(jìn)行了測定。通過荷載試驗(yàn)實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)與有限元模擬理論解的比較,評估該斜拉橋的工作狀況。研究表明,該斜拉橋外觀良好,梁橋結(jié)構(gòu)的工作狀態(tài)良好,動(dòng)力性能滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,結(jié)構(gòu)總體滿足公路I級承載力及剛度要求。本文的研究結(jié)果可以為同類型橋梁的荷載試驗(yàn)提供借鑒,也可以為斜拉橋設(shè)計(jì)方法與試驗(yàn)規(guī)范提供數(shù)據(jù)參考。
[Abstract]:The cable-stayed bridge has become one of the most important bridge types in the long-span bridge structure because of its advantages of good span capacity, small navigation influence, large overall stiffness, good seismic performance and low cost.More and more cable-stayed bridges are used in modern bridges in China.With the increasing span of cable-stayed bridge and the renewal of cable-stayed tower structure, it is necessary to test the quality of cable-stayed bridge by load test.The load test of cable-stayed bridge can not only directly reflect the safety and applicability of the bridge, but also accumulate experience for the similar bridge design, and provide the necessary basic information for the future operation and maintenance of the bridge.Based on the engineering of a special type cable-stayed bridge with single tower, the main contents of this paper are as follows: the finite element software Midas/Civil 2012 is used to model the cable-stayed bridge.The internal force and deformation of the cable-stayed bridge under the design live load are calculated, the experimental control section is obtained, the theoretical solution of the deflection and strain of the bridge control section is calculated under each test condition, and the modal analysis of the bridge is carried out.The first three vibration modes of the bridge are obtained and its natural frequency is obtained.Verify the rationality of bridge design and provide reference for the future finite element modeling of similar bridges.Through static load test, the normal stress of the main beam of the cable-stayed bridge and its distribution along the beam height and width, the vertical deflection of the main beam, the stress of the cable tower, the cable-stayed cable force and the crack development are measured by the static load test.The dynamic characteristics of the bridge and the dynamic strain of the bridge under specific dynamic loads were measured by dynamic load test.The working condition of the cable-stayed bridge is evaluated by comparing the measured data of load test with the theoretical solution of finite element simulation.The results show that the cable-stayed bridge has a good appearance, a good working state of the girder bridge structure, a good dynamic performance to meet the design requirements, and the overall structure meets the requirements of highway class I bearing capacity and stiffness.The results of this paper can be used for reference for the load test of the same type of bridges, as well as for the design methods and test specifications of cable-stayed bridges.
