【摘要】：從動能守恒和動量守恒出發(fā),基于一定的假設(shè)條件,分析錘擊沉樁過程中施工參數(shù)間的相關(guān)性,如樁錘質(zhì)量和樁基質(zhì)量、錘擊能量和樁基貫入度、樁錘質(zhì)量和貫入度、錘擊應(yīng)力和樁基貫入度等。結(jié)果表明:通過計(jì)算得出的錘擊力和錘擊應(yīng)力,選擇合適的錘型和錘擊能量可保證順利沉樁;預(yù)判樁基在一定巖(土)層條件下可能產(chǎn)生的貫入度,為錘擊沉樁過程中的貫入度控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供依據(jù);結(jié)合貫入度控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn),計(jì)算出在錘擊沉樁過程中的能量消耗,為選錘標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供依據(jù);根據(jù)確定的樁型和樁錘來選擇合理的樁墊材料,使其在錘擊沉樁過程中發(fā)揮最好的效能。
[Abstract]:Based on the conservation of kinetic energy and momentum, and based on certain assumptions, the correlation between construction parameters in the process of hammering pile sinking is analyzed, such as pile hammer mass and pile foundation mass, hammer energy and penetration degree of pile foundation, pile hammer mass and penetration degree.Hammering stress and penetration of pile foundation, etc.The results show that by calculating the hammer force and hammer stress, the proper hammer type and hammering energy can be selected to ensure the smooth piling, and the penetration degree of pile foundation under certain rock (soil) layer condition can be forecasted.This paper provides the basis for the control standard of penetration in the process of hammer driving pile, calculates the energy consumption in the process of hammer driving pile, and provides the basis for selecting hammer standard.According to the determined pile type and pile hammer, the reasonable pile cushion material is selected to make it play the best effect in the process of hammering pile sinking.
