【摘要】：隨著成都市龍泉驛區(qū)“世界現(xiàn)代田園城市”土地綜合整治項(xiàng)目和創(chuàng)建“國(guó)家級(jí)生態(tài)區(qū)工作”的全面啟動(dòng),龍泉城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌和城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展進(jìn)入了加速時(shí)代。為滿足龍泉驛區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,均衡城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè),分流周邊道路的交通量緩解交通壓力、提升道路承載力,完善項(xiàng)目區(qū)域路網(wǎng)建設(shè),改善城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部交通和居住環(huán)境,加快城市化建設(shè)進(jìn)程,擬進(jìn)行龍洪大道同安段工程的建設(shè),由此增加一條穿越成渝高速的交通要道,使同安鎮(zhèn)與龍泉驛區(qū)形成緊密的結(jié)合,促使同安鎮(zhèn)的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展,高速發(fā)展龍泉驛片區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)。龍洪大道同安段建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的可行性研究正是基于本人在華西工程設(shè)計(jì)建設(shè)有限公司的工作實(shí)踐以及工程建設(shè)和管理等方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn),按照成都龍泉驛經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)建設(shè)發(fā)展有限公司對(duì)龍泉城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的總體規(guī)劃以及龍洪大道市政工程項(xiàng)目的建議和要求,提出“龍洪大道同安段建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目可行性研究”的探討和分析。本文將采用工程管理、項(xiàng)目管理、可行性研究論證以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估等方面的相關(guān)理論和方法對(duì)龍洪大道同安段建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行可行性方面的研究論證。本文共涉及六個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容,首先在介紹了本文研究背景及意義的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)可行性研究方面的相關(guān)理論與國(guó)內(nèi)外研究發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和研究的內(nèi)容、方法及技術(shù)路線進(jìn)行必要的闡述;然后從項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀及條件、建設(shè)內(nèi)容及工程量、項(xiàng)目管理及實(shí)施計(jì)劃的角度出發(fā)對(duì)論文研究的龍洪大道同安段建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的概況進(jìn)行介紹,并闡明項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的必要性;再然后根據(jù)道路工程投資建設(shè)的特點(diǎn),在項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)狀交通調(diào)查與分析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過項(xiàng)目交通預(yù)測(cè)方法對(duì)項(xiàng)目的交通量和通行能力進(jìn)行了分析與預(yù)測(cè);緊接著重點(diǎn)從項(xiàng)目建設(shè)方案、環(huán)境分析與節(jié)能評(píng)價(jià)、項(xiàng)目建設(shè)可能存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估分析的角度對(duì)項(xiàng)目方案進(jìn)行可行性論證;同時(shí)還從投資估算及資金籌措、國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)、社會(huì)效益等角度對(duì)其項(xiàng)目的綜合效益進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析;最終得出龍洪大道同安段建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目可行性研究的結(jié)論。從某種程度上來說,本文提出對(duì)龍洪大道同安段建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的可行性研究探討,可以為相關(guān)企業(yè)的投資決策和施工建設(shè)提供重要的參考。
[Abstract]:With the comprehensive land renovation project of "World Modern Rural City" in Longquanyi District of Chengdu City and the establishment of "National Ecological District work", The development of urban and rural planning and urbanization in Longquan has entered an accelerated era. In order to meet the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in Longquanyi District, to balance the construction of urbanization, to divert the traffic volume of the surrounding roads to relieve traffic pressure and to enhance the bearing capacity of roads, To improve the construction of the regional road network of the project, improve the traffic and living environment of the urban-rural junction, speed up the process of urbanization construction, and plan to carry out the construction of the Tongan section of Longhong Road, thus adding a traffic route through the Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway, Make Tongan Town and Longquanyi District form a close combination, promote the urbanization development of Tongan Town, The feasibility study of the construction project in Tongan section of Longhong Avenue is based on my experience in the work practice and project construction and management of the Huaxi Engineering Design and Construction Co., Ltd. According to Chengdu Longquanyi Economic and technological Development Zone Construction and Development Co., Ltd.'s overall plan for the overall urban and rural planning and urbanization development of Longquan, as well as the suggestions and requirements of the Longhong Avenue municipal engineering project, This paper puts forward the discussion and analysis of "feasibility study of construction project in Tongan section of Longhong Road". The project management and project management will be adopted in this paper. Feasibility study demonstration, risk assessment and other related theories and methods for the feasibility of the construction project of Tongan section of Longhong Road. This paper involves six aspects. Firstly, on the basis of introducing the research background and significance of this paper, the relevant theories of feasibility study and the current research situation, research contents, methods and technical route of feasibility study are expounded. Then from the point of view of the present situation and condition of the project, the content and quantity of the project, the project management and the implementation plan, the paper introduces the general situation of the construction project of Tongan section of Longhong Road, and clarifies the necessity of the project construction. Then according to the characteristics of road engineering investment and construction, the traffic volume and traffic capacity of the project are analyzed and forecasted by the method of project traffic forecasting on the basis of the traffic investigation and analysis of the current situation of the project. Then, the feasibility of the project is demonstrated from the point of view of project construction plan, environmental analysis and energy conservation evaluation, the risk assessment and analysis of possible project construction; at the same time, the feasibility of the project scheme is demonstrated from the perspective of investment estimation and financing, and national economic evaluation. The comprehensive benefit of the project is evaluated and analyzed from the angle of social benefit. Finally, the conclusion of the feasibility study of the construction project in Tongan section of Longhong Road is drawn. To some extent, In this paper, the feasibility study of the construction project in Tongan section of Longhong Road is put forward, which can provide an important reference for the investment decision and construction construction of the related enterprises.
