初始損傷條件下地鐵管片力學(xué)特性試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為了解初始損傷對(duì)盾構(gòu)隧道襯砌管片力學(xué)特性的影響,基于6組具有初始損傷的盾構(gòu)隧道襯砌管片進(jìn)行足尺試驗(yàn)研究。在考慮初始損傷位置以及初始損傷位置處鋼筋有效面積減小等因素的情況下,對(duì)試件破壞過(guò)程、破壞模式、極限承載力、變形規(guī)律以及初始裂縫擴(kuò)展機(jī)制進(jìn)行了研究和分析。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:初始損傷的存在對(duì)盾構(gòu)隧道襯砌管片的極限承載能力影響不大,但對(duì)其正常使用功能影響很大;初始損傷位置處鋼筋有效面積減小不僅影響盾構(gòu)隧道襯砌管片的正常使用功能,更大大降低了其極限承載能力;增加軸力會(huì)削弱初始損傷對(duì)盾構(gòu)隧道襯砌管片的不利影響;初始損傷在加載點(diǎn)比在跨中對(duì)盾構(gòu)隧道襯砌管片更不利;初始裂縫基本沿徑向或偏向跨中方向直線(xiàn)擴(kuò)展。相關(guān)研究結(jié)果可為建立服役期間盾構(gòu)隧道襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)健康評(píng)估與預(yù)知理論、以及進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展損傷缺陷盾構(gòu)隧道數(shù)值模擬和極限承載力分析提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the effect of initial damage on the mechanical properties of shield tunnel lining segments, Based on the full-scale experimental study of six groups of shield tunnel lining segments with initial damage, considering the initial damage location and the reduction of the effective area of reinforcement at the initial damage position, the failure process and failure mode of the specimen are studied. The ultimate bearing capacity, deformation law and initial crack propagation mechanism are studied and analyzed. The experimental results show that the existence of initial damage has little effect on the ultimate bearing capacity of shield tunnel lining segments. But it has a great influence on its normal use function. The reduction of effective area of reinforcement at the initial damage position not only affects the normal use function of shield tunnel lining segment, but also greatly reduces its ultimate bearing capacity. The increase of axial force will weaken the adverse effect of initial damage on shield tunnel lining segment, and the initial damage will be more disadvantageous to shield tunnel lining segment at loading point than in the middle span. The initial crack extends in a straight line along radial or skew direction across the Chinese side. The relevant research results can be used to establish the theory of health assessment and prediction of shield tunnel lining structure during service. It also provides reference and reference for further numerical simulation and ultimate bearing capacity analysis of shield tunnel with damage defects.
