【摘要】:岸電上船自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)是指在船舶?扛劭跁r(shí),由岸基電源向?看肮╇姷目刂葡到y(tǒng)。岸電上船自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)能夠給船舶提供安全、可靠、優(yōu)質(zhì)的電源,從而停止船舶發(fā)電機(jī)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),以減少環(huán)境污染。本文針對(duì)岸電上船自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),以西門子S7-1200 PLC作為控制器,開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)了岸電上船自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的核心控制單元,并對(duì)岸電上船自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)各主要功能環(huán)節(jié)的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述。核心控制單元實(shí)時(shí)地檢測(cè)船舶發(fā)電機(jī)和岸基電源的各種參數(shù),再加以采集、處理、判斷,并給出合理的措施,處理岸電上船自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的各種問(wèn)題,從而保證岸電上船自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)平穩(wěn)、高效地運(yùn)行。本文設(shè)計(jì)的岸電上船自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)核心控制單元具備可視化的人機(jī)交互監(jiān)控功能,岸基電源和船舶發(fā)電機(jī)自動(dòng)并聯(lián)運(yùn)行功能,岸基電源和船舶發(fā)電機(jī)之間負(fù)荷自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)移和解列控制功能,從而可以實(shí)現(xiàn)岸基電源和船舶發(fā)電機(jī)的無(wú)縫連接。本文設(shè)計(jì)的岸電上船自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)核心控制單元以大連海事大學(xué)輪機(jī)工程學(xué)院船舶電站實(shí)驗(yàn)室的船舶自動(dòng)化物理仿真電站為實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行調(diào)試。經(jīng)反復(fù)實(shí)驗(yàn),證明此核心控制單元能夠可靠、高效地工作,達(dá)到了預(yù)期制定的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Ship shore power automatic control system refers to the ship docked, the shore power supply to the control system. The power supply dock ship shore power automatic control system for ship to ship to provide safe, reliable, high quality power supply, so as to stop the ship generators to reduce environmental pollution. Aiming at the shore power automatic control system on board and with SIEMENS S7-1200 PLC as controller, designed to shore aboard the central control unit of the automatic control system, and ship shore power automatic control system design of the main function of various parameters are discussed in detail. The core control unit of real-time detection of ship and shore based power generator, coupled to the acquisition, processing, and judgment. Give a reasonable treatment measures, shore power problems on the running process of the system of automatic control, so as to ensure the ship shore power automatic control system is stable and high Effect of operation. The design of the automatic control system of ship shore electric machine core control unit is provided with a visual interactive monitoring function, shore power and marine generator automatic parallel operation function between power supply and shore ship generator load automatic shift control function, which can realize the seamless connection of shore based power and marine generator. Automation of ship physical simulation the design of the power plant automatic control system of ship shore power core control unit at the Dalian Maritime University School of Marine Engineering Laboratory of ship power station as the experimental platform for debugging. After repeated experiments, the core control unit can be reliable, efficient operation, to achieve the desired objectives.
