高黎貢山隧道復(fù)雜地質(zhì)條件下敞開式TBM施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:高黎貢山隧道地質(zhì)條件極其復(fù)雜,可總結(jié)為"三高四活躍"。其中,高地?zé)、高地?yīng)力、多斷層破碎帶、高壓突涌水是制約TBM施工質(zhì)量和安全的主要地質(zhì)因素,將給TBM施工帶來(lái)不可預(yù)估的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。為了減少以上地質(zhì)問(wèn)題帶來(lái)的TBM施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn),通過(guò)資料查閱、調(diào)研國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的TBM施工案例、專家咨詢研討、設(shè)計(jì)高適應(yīng)性的TBM,并結(jié)合工程目前的施工狀況,提出了TBM超前地質(zhì)預(yù)報(bào)、鋼筋排和鋼拱架聯(lián)合噴射混凝土及時(shí)支護(hù)、合理調(diào)整掘進(jìn)參數(shù)等一系列確保TBM連續(xù)施工的方案與措施。研究結(jié)果可為即將進(jìn)場(chǎng)施工的TBM提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:The geological conditions of Gaoligongshan Tunnel are extremely complicated and can be summed up as "three high and four active". Among them, high geothermal, high geostress, multi-fault fracture zone and high pressure water gushing are the main geological factors restricting the quality and safety of TBM construction. In order to reduce the risk of TBM construction caused by the above geological problems, through consulting data, investigating existing TBM construction cases at home and abroad, consulting experts, The high adaptability TBM is designed, and combined with the current construction situation of the project, the advanced geological prediction of TBM, the timely support of steel bar row and steel arch frame combined with shotcrete in time are put forward. A series of schemes and measures to ensure the continuous construction of TBM can be obtained by adjusting the tunneling parameters reasonably. The results of the study can provide a theoretical reference for the TBM which is about to enter the field construction.
