獨塔混合梁斜拉橋施工過程分析

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代斜拉橋發(fā)展至今已有整整六十個年頭。科學技術(shù)的進步帶動著斜拉橋的發(fā)展,衍生出各式各樣各具特色的斜拉橋.。其中,獨塔混合梁斜拉橋以其優(yōu)良的力學性能、合理的造價及多變的造型而被廣泛采用。該論文以某在建的斜拉橋為工程背景,對支架法施工的獨塔混合梁斜拉橋的施工過程進行分析。主要通過以下幾個方面展開:1.簡單介紹了斜拉橋的整體發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、構(gòu)造特征及施工技術(shù)。2.通過大型橋梁軟件Midas/Civil2012建立仿真模型進行有限元分析,分析了該橋施工全過程中的結(jié)構(gòu)行為。具體包括施工過程的分析和成橋后運營階段的分析兩個方面。3.在施工階段分析中,選取主梁、斜拉索及橋塔作為主要研究對象,分析了在施工過程中各階段主梁和斜拉索應(yīng)力、位移等關(guān)鍵控制數(shù)據(jù)變化規(guī)律,用以指導施工。由于該橋主梁采用支架施工,主要對斜拉索張拉過程中主梁脫架的安全性進行分析。同時,確保斜拉索在張拉過程中應(yīng)力不超限。4.針對該橋的異形橋塔的施工,建立包含勁性骨架的橋塔施工過程有限元模型,分析其施工過程中受力情況及施工安全性。5.為考慮后續(xù)運營階段荷載對結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,對成橋后單項荷載及組合荷載作用下的主梁及斜拉索的靜力效應(yīng)進行分析,研究結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性。
[Abstract]:It has been 60 years since the development of modern cable-stayed bridges. The progress of science and technology has led to the development of cable-stayed bridges, resulting in a variety of cable-stayed bridges with different characteristics. Among them, single-tower hybrid cable-stayed bridges have excellent mechanical properties. Reasonable cost and variable shape are widely used. This paper takes a certain cable-stayed bridge under construction as the engineering background. This paper analyzes the construction process of single tower hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge constructed by support method. It mainly introduces the overall development of cable-stayed bridge through the following several aspects: 1. The structural characteristics and construction technology .2.The finite element analysis is carried out by establishing the simulation model through the large-scale bridge software Midas/Civil2012. This paper analyzes the structural behavior of the bridge during the whole process of construction, including the analysis of the construction process and the analysis of the operation stage after the completion of the bridge. 3. In the analysis of the construction stage, the main beam, cable and tower are selected as the main research objects. The variation law of key control data, such as stress and displacement of main girder and stay cable in each stage of construction, is analyzed to guide the construction. Because the main girder of the bridge is constructed with support, This paper mainly analyzes the security of the main beam in the process of cable tension. At the same time, it ensures that the stress of the cable in the process of tension is not out of the limit. 4. In view of the construction of the special shaped bridge tower of the bridge, The finite element model of bridge tower construction process including rigid skeleton is established, and the stress situation and construction safety during the construction process are analyzed. 5. In order to consider the influence of the load on the structure in the subsequent operation stage, the finite element model of the bridge tower construction process is established. The static effect of main beam and cable under single load and combined load is analyzed and the safety of the structure is studied.
