【摘要】：十八大以來(lái),隨著以習(xí)近平同志為總書(shū)記的黨中央推出一系列新治國(guó)理政的舉措,中國(guó)在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化等諸多領(lǐng)域逐漸進(jìn)入了一個(gè)“新常態(tài)”時(shí)期。在新常態(tài)下,公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理也進(jìn)入了新時(shí)期的改革浪潮,在這種背景下,研究新時(shí)期公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理的優(yōu)化與改進(jìn)顯得尤為重要。公路工程是典型的民生工程,也是建設(shè)、勘測(cè)、設(shè)計(jì)、施工、監(jiān)理等單位融為一體共同參與建設(shè)與管理的系統(tǒng)工程。新時(shí)期公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理是公路建設(shè)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的必然產(chǎn)物,因?yàn)殡S著社會(huì)分工日益細(xì)化,專(zhuān)業(yè)化程度日益提高,公路建設(shè)市場(chǎng)的規(guī)范也得到大大提升。五位一體的公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)一步為工程質(zhì)量、品質(zhì)的發(fā)展奠定了強(qiáng)有力的基礎(chǔ),全方位的有效控制及優(yōu)化管理則對(duì)公路建設(shè)和發(fā)展有著長(zhǎng)久的效益。本文圍繞著公路工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理現(xiàn)狀、參與各方的責(zé)任落實(shí)改進(jìn)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)的改進(jìn)、企業(yè)管理的改進(jìn)、企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力改進(jìn)等方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的研究和分析,同時(shí)引入昆明某公路項(xiàng)目作為實(shí)證案例,論述了項(xiàng)目管理優(yōu)化與改進(jìn)在新時(shí)期公路建設(shè)過(guò)程中的必要性和重要性。文章在分析的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)行總結(jié),最后指出公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理優(yōu)化與改進(jìn)的要點(diǎn)。本文的研究也為以后的公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理與研究提供一些理論參考和實(shí)踐借鑒。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress, with the CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as its general secretary, launched a series of new measures to govern the country, China has gradually entered a "new normal" period in many fields, such as economy, politics, culture, and so on. Under the new normal, The highway construction project management has also entered the reform tide in the new period. Under this background, it is particularly important to study the optimization and improvement of the highway construction project management in the new period. Design, construction, supervision and other units participate in the construction and management of systems engineering. In the new period, highway construction project management is the inevitable product of highway construction market development, because as the social division of labor becomes more and more detailed, With the increasing degree of specialization, the standardization of the highway construction market has also been greatly improved. The five-in-one highway construction project management has laid a strong foundation for the development of engineering quality and quality. The overall effective control and optimization management will have a long-term benefit to the highway construction and development. This article revolves around the highway construction project management present situation, the participation each party's responsibility implementation improvement, the standardization construction improvement, the enterprise management improvement, At the same time, a highway project in Kunming is introduced as an empirical case. This paper discusses the necessity and importance of project management optimization and improvement in the process of highway construction in the new period. Finally, the main points of optimization and improvement of highway construction project management are pointed out. The research in this paper also provides some theoretical and practical references for future highway construction project management and research.
