正交異性鋼橋面板疲勞問題的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:為深化對正交異性鋼橋面板疲勞問題的認(rèn)識,從正交異性鋼橋面板的疲勞性能及其評估方法、新型正交異性鋼橋面板結(jié)構(gòu)以及正交異性鋼橋面板疲勞加固的研究進(jìn)展等層面進(jìn)行了分析總結(jié),討論了制約正交異性鋼橋面板疲勞研究的主要問題,探討了正交異性鋼橋面板疲勞問題研究的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢。結(jié)果表明:相對于主梁和主桁等桿系結(jié)構(gòu)的疲勞問題,正交異性鋼橋面板的疲勞體現(xiàn)為由多個復(fù)雜構(gòu)造細(xì)節(jié)部位的疲勞性能共同決定的空間結(jié)構(gòu)疲勞問題,其疲勞破壞模式、疲勞性能、抗疲勞優(yōu)化設(shè)計和疲勞開裂加固等問題更為復(fù)雜;疲勞損傷機(jī)理、新建和在役正交異性鋼橋面板疲勞性能評估方法、適用的疲勞開裂加固方法,是鋼橋的全壽命周期設(shè)計理論的重要基礎(chǔ)和橋梁工程可持續(xù)發(fā)展迫切需要解決的重要研究課題;依托創(chuàng)新設(shè)計理念和高性能材料,發(fā)展新型結(jié)構(gòu)體系和構(gòu)造細(xì)節(jié),是正交異性鋼橋面板的重要發(fā)展方向;以智能化制造為代表的先進(jìn)制造加工技術(shù)、以紅外熱成像和超聲波相控陣等為代表的疲勞裂紋檢測技術(shù),為正交異性鋼橋面板疲勞性能的進(jìn)一步提升和疲勞裂紋檢測技術(shù)的發(fā)展提供了重要支撐。
[Abstract]:In order to deepen the understanding of the fatigue problem of orthotropic steel bridge panel, the fatigue performance of orthotropic steel bridge panel and its evaluation method are discussed. The new orthotropic steel bridge slab structure and the research progress of orthotropic steel bridge slab fatigue reinforcement are analyzed and summarized, and the main problems restricting the orthotropic steel bridge panel fatigue research are discussed. The present situation and development trend of the fatigue problem of orthotropic steel bridge face are discussed. The results show that the fatigue problem is relative to the main beam and truss. The fatigue of orthotropic steel bridge panel is the fatigue problem of space structure determined by the fatigue performance of many complicated structural details, and its fatigue failure mode and fatigue performance. The fatigue damage mechanism, fatigue damage mechanism, fatigue performance evaluation method of new and in service orthotropic steel bridge panels, the applicable fatigue cracking strengthening method, and so on are more complicated. It is the important foundation of the whole life cycle design theory of the steel bridge and the important research subject which the bridge engineering sustainable development needs to solve urgently, relying on the innovation design idea and the high performance material, develops the new structure system and the construction detail, It is an important development direction of orthotropic steel bridge panel, advanced manufacturing technology represented by intelligent manufacturing, fatigue crack detection technology represented by infrared thermal imaging and ultrasonic phased array, etc. It provides important support for the further improvement of fatigue performance of orthotropic steel bridge panel and the development of fatigue crack detection technology.
