TLA改性瀝青與集料界面的粘附性能研究

【摘要】:瀝青路面的水損壞一直是我國道路建設(shè)的主要問題之一,瀝青與集料之間的粘附性能不僅是抵抗水損壞的基礎(chǔ),也是直接影響瀝青混合料強(qiáng)度、穩(wěn)定性及耐久性等路用性能的主要因素。特立尼達(dá)湖瀝青(TLA)作為一種性質(zhì)優(yōu)良的天然改性劑,將其添加到普通石油瀝青中后能明顯改善瀝青與集料界面的粘附性能,延長瀝青混凝土路面的使用壽命,提高其服務(wù)水平。為了進(jìn)一步研究TLA改性瀝青與集料界面相互作用機(jī)理,深入分析TLA改性瀝青粘附性能的變化規(guī)律,提高TLA改性瀝青路面的使用壽面,本文從試驗(yàn)角度,著重研究集料種類、TLA摻量、TLA改性瀝青老化對(duì)粘附性能的影響以及老化TLA改性瀝青混合料的抗水損壞規(guī)律。本文基于表面能理論,通過對(duì)表面能理論參數(shù)的測(cè)定,定量分析評(píng)價(jià)瀝青與集料界面的粘附性能。采用掛線法測(cè)定熱熔瀝青表面張力,掛片法測(cè)定瀝青與集料接觸角,由相關(guān)公式計(jì)算得出不同集料與不同摻量TLA改性瀝青之間的粘附功。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,集料種類以及TLA摻量對(duì)粘附性能有著重要影響,同一 TLA摻量下,石灰?guī)r與瀝青的粘附性能最好,玄武巖次之,輝綠巖最差;而對(duì)于同一種集料,TLA摻量越大,粘附性能提升越明顯。分別采用旋轉(zhuǎn)薄膜烘箱(RTFOT)、壓力老化儀(PAV)對(duì)瀝青進(jìn)行短期老化和長期老化,研究不同老化時(shí)間下瀝青與集料粘附性能變化規(guī)律。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,適度老化能提高瀝青與集料界面的粘附性能,而過度老化則反而引起粘附性能的降低。從浸水馬歇爾試驗(yàn)和凍融劈裂試驗(yàn)入手,研究短期老化、長期老化對(duì)TLA改性瀝青混合料水穩(wěn)定性的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,無論短期老化還是長期老化,隨著老化程度的加劇,混合料水穩(wěn)定性都逐漸降低,且相比長期老化,短期老化對(duì)水穩(wěn)定性影響更明顯。
[Abstract]:The water damage of asphalt pavement is one of the main problems in road construction in China. The adhesion between asphalt and aggregate is not only the foundation of water damage resistance, but also directly affects the strength of asphalt mixture. As a kind of natural modifier with excellent properties, TLA can obviously improve the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate when it is added to ordinary petroleum asphalt. In order to further study the interaction mechanism between TLA modified asphalt and aggregate, the change rule of adhesion property of TLA modified asphalt is analyzed deeply in order to prolong the service life of asphalt concrete pavement and improve its service level. In order to improve the use of TLA modified asphalt pavement, this paper presents an experimental study on the surface of asphalt pavement. In this paper, the influence of TLA content on adhesion property and the water damage resistance of aging TLA modified asphalt mixture are studied. Based on the surface energy theory, the theoretical parameters of surface energy are measured. The adhesion between asphalt and aggregate was evaluated quantitatively. The surface tension of hot melt asphalt was determined by the method of hanging wire, and the contact angle between asphalt and aggregate was determined by hanging sheet method. The adhesion work between different aggregates and TLA modified asphalt with different content of TLA was calculated by the relevant formula. The experimental results show that the type of aggregate and the amount of TLA have important influence on the adhesion performance, and the content of TLA is the same as the content of TLA. The adhesion of limestone to asphalt is the best, basalt is the second, diabase is the worst. The higher the adhesion property is, the shorter aging and long-term aging of asphalt are carried out by using rotary film oven RTFOT, pressure aging apparatus PAV, respectively. The change of adhesion property between asphalt and aggregate at different aging time is studied. The experimental results show that, Moderate aging can improve the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate, but excessive aging will lead to the decrease of adhesion. The short-term aging is studied through immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test. The effect of long-term aging on the water stability of TLA modified asphalt mixture. The experimental results show that the water stability of TLA modified asphalt mixture decreases gradually with the aggravation of aging degree, and compared with that of long-term aging. The effect of short-term aging on water stability is more obvious.
