基于關(guān)鍵鏈的A公司N土建工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化是當(dāng)今經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),隨著中國(guó)加入世界貿(mào)易組織(WTO)和改革開放的不斷深化,全球化將對(duì)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生越來(lái)越深遠(yuǎn)的影響。為了在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下提高國(guó)家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,2013年中國(guó)出臺(tái)《國(guó)家高速公路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃》,以促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。在此背景下,工程建設(shè)需求激增,項(xiàng)目建設(shè)效率尤為重要,對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度是否有效控制,是企業(yè)能否成功的重要因素之一,是企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)。工程項(xiàng)目管理直接關(guān)系到項(xiàng)目的成本、質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度,三者的管理對(duì)立統(tǒng)一。工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度是否有效控制,直接影響了質(zhì)量和成本,因此,工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理應(yīng)將成本、質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度因素綜合考慮,形成實(shí)用、有效的進(jìn)度管理方法。通過進(jìn)度管理優(yōu)化進(jìn)度而減少資源的浪費(fèi),節(jié)省成本,從而使企業(yè)達(dá)到效益最大化的目的。本文對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)理論做概述,闡述了建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目管理的意義。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合A公司N土建工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的實(shí)際,描述了A公司的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的缺陷,并提出改進(jìn)的方法,結(jié)合工程實(shí)踐,分析進(jìn)度控制的方法及其效果,形成適合A公司的有效的管理體系,給企業(yè)提供一些幫助和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization is the trend of today's economic development. With China's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the deepening of the reform and opening up, Globalization will have a more and more profound impact on China's economy. In order to improve national competitiveness in the context of economic globalization, China issued the National Highway Network Plan in 2013 to promote economic development. The demand for engineering construction is surging, and the efficiency of project construction is particularly important. Whether the progress of the project is effectively controlled is one of the important factors for the success of the enterprise. Project management is directly related to the cost, quality and schedule of the project, and the unity of management opposites among them. Whether the progress of the project is effectively controlled has a direct impact on the quality and cost. The project schedule management should consider the cost, quality and schedule factors synthetically to form a practical and effective schedule management method, which can reduce the waste of resources and save the cost by optimizing schedule management. In this paper, the related theories of engineering project management are summarized, and the significance of construction project management is expounded. On this basis, combined with the practice of A company N civil engineering project schedule management, This paper describes the defects of project schedule management in company A, and puts forward some improved methods. Combined with engineering practice, the paper analyzes the method and effect of schedule control, forms an effective management system suitable for company A, and provides some help and reference for enterprises.
