山區(qū)中小城市常規(guī)公交服務(wù)水平分析研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)下,隨著城市汽車保有量的增加,造成沿海一些大都市交通堵塞,也使得山區(qū)中小城市的交通擁堵日益嚴(yán)重。面對(duì)日漸嚴(yán)重的交通問(wèn)題,人們?cè)絹?lái)越重視公共交通的發(fā)展。然而山區(qū)中小城市由于地理區(qū)位、地形條件、城市規(guī)模、布局結(jié)構(gòu)與一般城市不同,故在布局結(jié)構(gòu)、道路系統(tǒng)特征及居民出行特性方面都與一般城市有所不同,這些特性均影響著城市公共交通的發(fā)展。而最能夠直接反映城市公共交通發(fā)展情況的就是其服務(wù)水平,所以合理有效的對(duì)其服務(wù)水平進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)可以及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)公交系統(tǒng)中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)、安排公交線網(wǎng)布設(shè)、合理平衡公交運(yùn)力、提升公交運(yùn)輸服務(wù)水平。論文在此背景下,首先詳細(xì)分析了其城市布局、道路網(wǎng)布局以及居民出行特性,并剖析了特殊的道路特性對(duì)常規(guī)公交線路網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局的影響。然后,針對(duì)影響山區(qū)中小城市常規(guī)公交服務(wù)水平的因素進(jìn)行分析,得到影響其線網(wǎng)性能和運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)水平的因素指標(biāo)。利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型篩選出影響山區(qū)中小城市常規(guī)公交服務(wù)水平的主要因素,并結(jié)合定性分析及指標(biāo)篩選原則,建立了山區(qū)中小城市常規(guī)公交服務(wù)水平的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。并詳細(xì)分析了反映山區(qū)中小城市特性的指標(biāo),通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)多座城市相應(yīng)的指標(biāo)值,結(jié)合SPSS軟件分析其頻率分布情況,給出其符合山區(qū)中小城市特征的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí)分界推薦值。研究評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化方法并探討確定指標(biāo)權(quán)值的方法以及評(píng)價(jià)方法,為確保評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的可靠性,提出使用AHP一模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法和集對(duì)分析兩種評(píng)價(jià)方法。最后,以商洛市為例,運(yùn)用Yaahp軟件0/5~8/5e標(biāo)度法確定權(quán)值,使用模糊評(píng)價(jià)模型和集對(duì)分析評(píng)價(jià)兩種方法對(duì)商洛市常規(guī)公交服務(wù)水平作出評(píng)價(jià),得出的結(jié)果較一致。數(shù)據(jù)顯示其常規(guī)公交服務(wù)為中等水準(zhǔn),其中準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)、舒適和迅速程度三大方面的服務(wù)水準(zhǔn)應(yīng)進(jìn)一步提高。同時(shí)針對(duì)商洛市常規(guī)公交服務(wù)水平情況,提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施。
[Abstract]:At present, with the increase in the number of cars in cities, traffic jams in coastal cities are becoming more and more serious, and traffic jams in small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas are becoming more and more serious. In the face of increasingly serious traffic problems, People pay more and more attention to the development of public transportation. The characteristics of road system and residents travel are different from those of other cities. These characteristics affect the development of urban public transport. The most direct reflection of the development of urban public transport is the level of service. Therefore, reasonable and effective evaluation of its service level can timely find the weak links in the public transport system, arrange the layout of the public transport network, reasonably balance the capacity of public transport, improve the level of public transport service. Firstly, the urban layout, road network layout and residents' travel characteristics are analyzed in detail, and the influence of special road characteristics on the layout of conventional bus line network is analyzed. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the service level of conventional public transport in small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas, The main factors affecting bus service level of small and medium-sized cities in mountainous area are selected by using structural equation model, and the qualitative analysis and index screening principle are combined. The evaluation index system of bus service level in small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas is established, and the indexes reflecting the characteristics of small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas are analyzed in detail. The frequency distribution is analyzed by counting the corresponding index values of several cities and combining with the SPSS software. In order to ensure the reliability of the evaluation results, the evaluation standard and the recommended value of the evaluation grade are given. The standardized method of evaluation index and the method of determining the weight value of the index and the evaluation method are discussed in order to ensure the reliability of the evaluation results. Two evaluation methods, AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and set pair analysis method, are proposed. Finally, taking Shangluo City as an example, the weight value is determined by using the 0 / 5 / 8 / 5e scale method of Yaahp software. The fuzzy evaluation model and set pair analysis are used to evaluate the public transit service level in Shangluo city, and the results are consistent. The service level in three aspects of comfort and rapidity should be further improved. At the same time, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward according to the general bus service level in Shangluo city.
