【摘要】:本文圍繞我國(guó)中小城市的三級(jí)客運(yùn)汽車站服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀,建立了三級(jí)客運(yùn)汽車站服務(wù)系統(tǒng)可靠性的評(píng)價(jià)模型,并結(jié)合黃島區(qū)客運(yùn)汽車站服務(wù)的實(shí)際情況,得到各個(gè)服務(wù)子系統(tǒng)的可靠新等級(jí),分析出系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而提出優(yōu)化車站服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的方案并進(jìn)行仿真分析。因此,本文的研究結(jié)論主要包括:(1)分析得出影響三級(jí)客運(yùn)汽車站服務(wù)系統(tǒng)可靠性的因素主要包括選擇車站短時(shí)人流量、設(shè)備設(shè)施能力、設(shè)備設(shè)施數(shù)量以及設(shè)備設(shè)施布局等,利用專家打分建立權(quán)重矩陣并賦予車站不同服務(wù)子系統(tǒng)權(quán)重β,建立了以加權(quán)人流密度最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù)的三級(jí)客運(yùn)汽車站服務(wù)系統(tǒng)可靠性評(píng)價(jià)模型。(2)利用數(shù)學(xué)解析法得出黃島區(qū)客運(yùn)汽車站購(gòu)票、取票、安檢以及檢票服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的人流密度分別為η1=1.25人/m2、η2=2.9人/m2、η3=1.5人/m2與η4=1.25人/m2,可靠性等級(jí)分別為Ⅲ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ利用Anylogic軟件對(duì)該模型進(jìn)行仿真分析,得到不同時(shí)刻不同人流量下的人流密度仿真效果圖,并根據(jù)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的人流密度與其可靠性等級(jí)的相關(guān)性確定出各個(gè)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)在不同時(shí)刻不同人流量下的可靠性等級(jí)。在t=3600s,λ=500人次/時(shí)采用數(shù)學(xué)解析法與仿真分析法得出的車站服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的可靠性等級(jí)是一致的。隨著到達(dá)車站的人流量增加,車站的集散能力較差,在各個(gè)服務(wù)子系統(tǒng)開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)等待、排隊(duì)與聚集現(xiàn)象。(3)分析出當(dāng)前黃島客運(yùn)汽車站服務(wù)系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題,綜合考慮車站各個(gè)服務(wù)子系統(tǒng)的有效面積,列舉出可能存在的優(yōu)化方案,并提出最佳的優(yōu)化方案,研究春運(yùn)等短時(shí)大客流對(duì)優(yōu)化方案的仿真效果,結(jié)果表明:取票服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的人流密度為0.75人/m2,售票服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的人流密度為1.02人/m2,安檢服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的人流密度為0.89人/m2,各個(gè)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的人流密度均出現(xiàn)較大幅度下降。乘客等待區(qū)域的人流密度為2.25人/m2,但乘客整個(gè)在站時(shí)間為2365.706 s,縮短了 311.5 s。車站的集散能力明顯提高,滿足短時(shí)大客流的需求。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the reliability evaluation model of the three-stage passenger bus station service system is established around the present situation of the three-stage passenger bus station service system in the small and medium-sized cities of China, and combined with the actual situation of the Huangdao district passenger bus station service system. Get the reliable new grade of each service subsystem, analyze the problems existing in the system, then put forward the scheme of optimizing the station service system and carry on the simulation analysis. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) Analysis shows that the factors that affect the reliability of the service system of the three-stage passenger bus station include the choice of short-time passenger flow, the capacity of equipment and facilities, the quantity of equipment and facilities, and the layout of equipment and facilities, etc. The weight matrix is established by expert scoring and the weight 尾 of different service subsystems is given, and the reliability evaluation model of three-level passenger bus station service system with minimum weighted passenger flow density as the objective function is established. 2) the mathematical analysis is used to analyze the reliability of the three-level passenger bus station service system.
