【摘要】：鎖口鋼圍堰以其良好的經(jīng)濟效益及施工特點常廣泛應(yīng)用于橋墩基坑開挖過程中,但基于其復(fù)雜的結(jié)構(gòu)特征,致使其受力特征較為復(fù)雜。該文以某大橋北岸主墩承臺開挖基坑過程中所采用鎖口鋼管樁為例,詳細分析其在施工過程中的受力特性。在3種主要不利荷載工況下,基于有限元分析軟件,建立了鎖口鋼管樁三維整體模型。分析并驗算了典型不利荷載工況下,鎖口鋼圍堰結(jié)構(gòu)的變形、強度及穩(wěn)定性。數(shù)值計算結(jié)果與規(guī)范值對比分析表明鎖口鋼圍堰結(jié)構(gòu)在施工過程中滿足規(guī)范要求的強度、剛度及穩(wěn)定性要求,具有良好的受力性能。
[Abstract]:Because of its good economic benefit and construction characteristics, locking steel cofferdam is widely used in the excavation process of foundation pit of bridge pier, but based on its complex structural characteristics, In this paper, the stress characteristics of steel pipe pile with locking mouth used in excavation of foundation pit of main pier cap on the north bank of a certain bridge are analyzed in detail under three main unfavorable load conditions. Based on the software of finite element analysis, the three-dimensional integral model of locked steel pipe pile is established, and the deformation of lock mouth steel cofferdam structure under typical unfavorable load condition is analyzed and checked. The comparison between the numerical results and the code values shows that the steel cofferdam structure with locking mouth meets the requirements of strength, stiffness and stability of the code during the construction process, and has good mechanical properties.
