復(fù)合工藝橡膠瀝青混合料的性能

【摘要】:為了對(duì)復(fù)合工藝的橡膠瀝青技術(shù)指標(biāo)及其混合料路用性能進(jìn)行研究,在制備橡膠改性瀝青時(shí)摻入適量裂解劑,確定合理的制備溫度和時(shí)間;對(duì)4種復(fù)合工藝橡膠瀝青混合料的水穩(wěn)定性能、低溫彎曲性能及疲勞性能進(jìn)行耐久性試驗(yàn).結(jié)果表明:裂解劑質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0.4%的橡膠瀝青,以制備溫度190℃,制備時(shí)間2 h為宜;摻加裂解劑的橡膠瀝青混合料具有優(yōu)異的高溫、低溫以及抗水損害性能,其動(dòng)穩(wěn)定度甚至是基質(zhì)瀝青混合料的3倍左右;復(fù)合工藝的橡膠瀝青混合料具有優(yōu)異的抗水損害、抗疲勞破壞性能以及抗低溫彎曲性能,其彎拉破壞應(yīng)變甚至高于橡膠顆粒SBS改性瀝青混合料.
[Abstract]:In order to study the technical index of rubber asphalt and the pavement performance of the mixture, the proper amount of pyrolysis agent was added in the preparation of rubber modified asphalt, and the reasonable preparation temperature and time were determined. The durability tests on the water stability, low temperature bending property and fatigue performance of four kinds of rubber asphalt mixture with compound process were carried out. The results showed that the optimum preparation temperature was 190 鈩,
