富水圓礫地層盾構(gòu)短套筒接收施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù)

【摘要】:富水圓礫地層因其含水量高、滲透系數(shù)大、化學(xué)注漿加固成形率差,增加了盾構(gòu)接收進(jìn)洞的施工難度。以南寧軌道交通1號(hào)線10標(biāo)白蒼嶺—火車站站區(qū)間盾構(gòu)接收進(jìn)洞施工為例,運(yùn)用"接長補(bǔ)短"理念,創(chuàng)新性地提出盾構(gòu)短套筒接收施工工藝。在洞門環(huán)板前端通過增加短套筒的方式延長盾構(gòu)機(jī)接收長度,使盾構(gòu)機(jī)接收位置前移,盾構(gòu)機(jī)在短套筒的保護(hù)下能夠完全進(jìn)入端頭加固區(qū),結(jié)合對(duì)盾構(gòu)機(jī)主機(jī)尾部已脫出盾尾的管片二次注漿封堵或者地面降水措施,保證在盾構(gòu)機(jī)接收過程中端頭加固體內(nèi)部水系與外界處于隔離狀態(tài),確保盾構(gòu)機(jī)在接收過程中不發(fā)生涌水、涌砂,達(dá)到安全接收的目的。
[Abstract]:Because of its high water content, high permeability coefficient and poor forming rate of chemical grouting, This paper makes it more difficult to receive the tunnel by shield tunneling. Taking the construction of the receiving tunnel between Baicang Ridge and Railway Station area of Nanning Rail Transit Line 1 as an example, the concept of "connecting length to make up short" is used. The construction technology of shield short sleeve receiving is put forward innovatively. The receiving length of shield machine is extended by adding short sleeve at the front of door ring plate of tunnel, and the receiving position of shield machine is moved forward. Under the protection of the short sleeve, the shield machine can completely enter the end reinforcement area, combined with the secondary grouting plugging or surface precipitation measures for the segments of the shield machine which have been removed from the tail of the shield machine. In the process of receiving the shield machine, the internal water system of the end and solid is isolated from the outside world, and the water gushing and sand gushing do not occur in the receiving process of the shield machine, so as to achieve the purpose of safe receiving.
