【摘要】：出行成本作為交通管理者調整居民出行結構的一項經(jīng)濟杠桿,在交通需求管理中發(fā)揮重要作用。從系統(tǒng)科學的思維角度和理論出發(fā),在界定影響居民出行成本的10項影響因素的基礎上,通過改進的解釋結構模型得到影響因素之間的主次關系與層級關系。結合改進的解釋結構模型的分析結果,將影響居民出行成本的因素分為可量化的硬性因素與心理感知的軟性因素,加深了對于居民出行成本影響因素之間關系的理解。最后根據(jù)因素間的遞階關系有向圖,給出了調整居民出行成本,優(yōu)化交通結構的建議。
[Abstract]:Travel cost, as an economic lever for traffic managers to adjust residents' travel structure, plays an important role in traffic demand management. On the basis of defining 10 factors that affect the travel cost of residents, the relationship between primary and secondary factors and hierarchy is obtained by using the improved explanatory structure model, and the results of the improved explanatory structure model are combined with the analysis results of the improved explanatory structure model. The factors that affect the travel cost of residents are divided into quantifiable hard factors and soft factors of psychological perception, which deepen the understanding of the relationship between the factors of residents' travel costs. Finally, according to the hierarchical relationship between the factors of directed graph, The suggestions of adjusting the travel cost of residents and optimizing the traffic structure are given.
