【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,我國高速公路建設(shè)事業(yè)迎來了高速發(fā)展的時期,瀝青路面得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。然而由于瀝青混合料自身的特性,其帶來的病害問題也越來越嚴(yán)重,在眾多病害中,尤以車轍和開裂最為普遍和典型。此外,道路的維護(hù)會產(chǎn)生大量的廢舊瀝青混合料(RAP),若將這些廢舊瀝青混合料直接丟棄不僅會造成生態(tài)環(huán)境的破壞,而且還會浪費(fèi)我國本來就不充足的瀝青材料資源,不符合我國可持續(xù)發(fā)展的原則。所以瀝青混合料再生技術(shù)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,水發(fā)泡溫拌再生瀝青混合料技術(shù)就是其中比較先進(jìn)的一種。水發(fā)泡溫拌再生瀝青混合料技術(shù)不僅能滿足工程技術(shù)要求,而且能有效的回收利用再生瀝青混合料(RAP),同時節(jié)約資源、降低能耗,符合當(dāng)今可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求。本文對水發(fā)泡瀝青的制備以及水發(fā)泡瀝青混合料高低溫性能進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)研究,主要包含了以下幾個方面:對水發(fā)泡瀝青發(fā)泡原理的探討;實驗室用發(fā)泡設(shè)備的參數(shù)調(diào)試及確定;參照國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)介紹的設(shè)計方法,設(shè)計了水發(fā)泡溫拌再生瀝青混合料;對水發(fā)泡溫拌再生瀝青混合料的高低溫性能進(jìn)行主要研究。試驗結(jié)果表明:①發(fā)泡機(jī)設(shè)定發(fā)泡溫度為165℃,氣壓100bar,用水量為1.5%為宜;②馬歇爾擊實試驗和Superpave旋轉(zhuǎn)壓實試驗均可以用于水發(fā)泡溫拌再生瀝青混合料的設(shè)計,其高低溫性能滿足規(guī)范要求;③摻加再生料時,會提高瀝青混合料的抗車轍性能,且瀝青混合料的抗車轍性能隨著再生料摻加的比例提高而提高;當(dāng)摻量相同時,摻加分檔后的再生料的混合料其抗車轍性能比摻加不分檔的再生料的混合料較為優(yōu)越,并且其增加比例比再生料不分檔時大;當(dāng)舊瀝青混合料中瀝青參與度為75%時,對比瀝青參與度為100%時,其抗車轍性能下降,且降低程度與再生料摻量成反比;④摻加再生料時,會降低瀝青混合料的低溫小梁彎曲性能,且瀝青混合料的低溫小梁彎曲性能隨著再生料摻加的比例的提高而降低;當(dāng)摻量相同時,摻加分檔后的再生料的混合料低溫小梁彎曲性能比摻加不分檔的再生料的混合料較為優(yōu)越,但是其總體趨勢仍是隨著再生料的加入,混合料的低溫小梁彎曲性能下降;當(dāng)舊瀝青混合料中瀝青參與度為75%時,對比瀝青參與度為100%時,其低溫小梁彎曲性能提高,且提高程度與再生料摻量成正比。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the construction of highway in our country has ushered in a period of rapid development, and the asphalt pavement has been widely used. However, due to the characteristics of asphalt mixture itself, the disease problem caused by asphalt mixture is becoming more and more serious. Among the many diseases, rutting and cracking are the most common and typical ones. In addition, maintenance of roads will produce a large number of waste asphalt mixtures, if these waste asphalt mixtures are discarded directly, it will not only cause damage to the ecological environment, Moreover, it will also waste the natural inadequate asphalt material resources in our country, which does not conform to the principle of sustainable development in our country. Therefore, the asphalt mixture recycling technology has emerged as the times require. The technology of water foaming and warm mixing recycled asphalt mixture is one of the more advanced ones. The technology of water foaming warm mixed recycled asphalt mixture can not only meet the requirements of engineering technology, but also can effectively recycle the recycled asphalt mixture and save resources. In this paper, the preparation of water-foamed asphalt and the high and low temperature performance of water-foamed asphalt mixture are studied. The paper mainly includes the following aspects: the discussion on the foaming principle of water-foamed asphalt, the debugging and determination of the parameters of the laboratory foaming equipment, and the design method of the water-foaming warm mixing recycled asphalt mixture according to the design method introduced in the literature at home and abroad. The high and low temperature performance of water foaming warm mix recycled asphalt mixture was studied.
