混凝土箱梁橋抗傾覆性能與增強(qiáng)措施研究

【摘要】:隨著我國交通的不斷發(fā)展,截止到2014年底,我國已建75.71萬座橋梁,達(dá)到世界領(lǐng)先水平。橋梁不僅使得道路跨越江河湖海成為現(xiàn)實(shí),而且為城市道路的互通立交帶來了便利,對(duì)道路通暢起著至關(guān)重要的作用。在我國所建設(shè)的橋梁中,箱型梁橋是應(yīng)用非常廣泛的橋型,其主要特點(diǎn)是抗扭剛度大,而且外形美觀,線條流暢,視覺效果好,非常適用于位于小半徑曲線上的城市高架橋或互通匝道橋。然而,近年來橋梁事故多發(fā),多起箱梁橋橫向傾覆事故引起社會(huì)較大反響,越來越多的工程師與學(xué)者開始分析事故發(fā)生的原因,希望能夠最大限度地防止事故的再次發(fā)生。本文介紹了箱梁橋的發(fā)展及近年來梁橋抗傾覆的研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了國內(nèi)外規(guī)范的相關(guān)規(guī)定,并借助工程實(shí)例對(duì)橋梁在各種情況下抗傾覆性能的變化規(guī)律及影響因素進(jìn)行了分析。主要研究工作如下:①對(duì)國內(nèi)外規(guī)范(國內(nèi)公路、市政規(guī)范、美國AASHTO規(guī)范以及英國BS 5400規(guī)范等)中關(guān)于抗傾覆驗(yàn)算的相關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行了分析,討論了國內(nèi)外規(guī)范對(duì)梁橋抗傾覆規(guī)定的發(fā)展歷程,計(jì)算比較了各規(guī)范中相關(guān)驗(yàn)算荷載的水平,探討了基于相關(guān)規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì)荷載的抗傾覆計(jì)算安全性差異。②分析了相關(guān)彎梁橋的受力特點(diǎn),指出了影響橋梁抗傾覆能力的主要參數(shù),包括橋梁的曲率半徑、橋梁跨數(shù)、支座布置形式等;討論了抗傾覆驗(yàn)算時(shí)傾覆軸的選取原則;參考規(guī)范中抗傾覆驗(yàn)算公式,解析出橋梁各參數(shù)變化下的抗傾覆系數(shù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,并借助MATLAB編程,研究了橋梁各參數(shù)改變對(duì)橋梁抗傾覆能力的影響規(guī)律,并進(jìn)行了實(shí)橋算例的驗(yàn)證分析。③借助于Midas/Civil有限元分析軟件,建立基于工程實(shí)例的不同參數(shù)值下的梁格法模型,分析了曲率半徑、橋梁跨數(shù)等參數(shù)值改變時(shí)橋梁抗傾覆能力的變化過程,對(duì)橋梁抗傾覆設(shè)計(jì)及在役橋梁抗傾覆加固提供了參考和借鑒。④基于本文的理論研究與實(shí)例分析結(jié)果,總結(jié)了提高新建橋梁抗傾覆性的設(shè)計(jì)理念、設(shè)計(jì)措施及施工注意事項(xiàng),分析歸納了在役橋梁抗傾覆加固的技術(shù)原理及適用性,并進(jìn)行了實(shí)例分析。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of traffic in China, by end of 2014, 757,100 bridges have been built in China, which have reached the leading level in the world. The bridges not only make it possible for roads to cross rivers, lakes and seas, but also facilitate the interchange of urban roads. Among the bridges built in our country, box-girder bridges are widely used. The main characteristics of these bridges are their large torsional stiffness, beautiful appearance, smooth lines and good visual effect. It is very suitable for urban viaducts or intercommunication ramps located on small radius curves. However, in recent years, there have been many bridge accidents, many transversal overturning accidents of box girder bridges have caused great social repercussions. More and more engineers and scholars begin to analyze the cause of the accident and hope to prevent the accident from happening again to the maximum extent. This paper introduces the development of box girder bridge and the research status of anti-overturning bridge in recent years. This paper analyzes the relevant regulations of the domestic and foreign codes, and analyzes the changing rules and influencing factors of the anti-overturning performance of bridges under various conditions with the aid of engineering examples. The main research work is as follows: 1, the domestic and foreign codes (domestic highway, municipal code, municipal code, etc.). This paper analyzes the relevant provisions of the American AASHTO Code and the British BS5400 Code, discusses the development history of the anti-overturning provisions of the domestic and foreign codes, and calculates and compares the levels of the relevant checking loads in the codes. This paper discusses the safety difference of overturning calculation based on the design load of relevant code. 2. The stress characteristics of the bridge are analyzed, and the main parameters affecting the capsizing ability of the bridge are pointed out, including the curvature radius of the bridge and the span number of the bridge. This paper discusses the selection principle of overturning shaft in anti-overturning checking calculation, the formula of anti-overturning checking calculation in reference code, analyzes the correlation relation of anti-overturning coefficient under the change of bridge parameters, and makes use of MATLAB programming. In this paper, the influence of the bridge parameters on the capsize resistance of the bridge is studied, and the verification and analysis of real bridge examples are carried out. 3. With the help of Midas/Civil finite element analysis software, the beam method model based on the different parameter values of the engineering example is established. The changing process of the anti-overturning ability of the bridge when the curvature radius and the span number of the bridge are changed is analyzed, which provides a reference for the anti-overturning design of the bridge and the anti-overturning reinforcement of the in-service bridge. 4. Based on the theoretical research and the analysis result of the example, the paper provides a reference for the anti-overturning design of the bridge. This paper summarizes the design concept, design measures and construction precautions for improving the anti-overturning resistance of new bridges, analyzes and summarizes the technical principle and applicability of anti-overturning reinforcement of bridges in service, and makes an example analysis.
