【摘要】：建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理是項(xiàng)目管理的重要內(nèi)容之一,項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量是判斷項(xiàng)目成功與否的關(guān)鍵因素。對(duì)項(xiàng)目相關(guān)方、對(duì)社會(huì),優(yōu)質(zhì)的項(xiàng)目或服務(wù)都具有重要的意義。項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理是指圍繞項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量開(kāi)展的一系列活動(dòng),其目的是確保項(xiàng)目既定目標(biāo)按規(guī)定的要求得到圓滿實(shí)現(xiàn)。項(xiàng)目建設(shè)單位組建高效、規(guī)范、獨(dú)立的組織機(jī)構(gòu),根據(jù)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)配備必要的資源,通過(guò)科學(xué)管理和實(shí)施,使顧客的需求和期望得到最大限度地滿足,并爭(zhēng)取最大的顧客滿意度。本論文以寶雞至天水高速公路BT11合同段橋梁和隧道工程為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)質(zhì)量管理的一般原理,針對(duì)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),就如何不斷提高工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量做了較為系統(tǒng)的研究。建立健全質(zhì)量管理體系,進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量策劃,確定項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量目標(biāo),并根據(jù)質(zhì)量目標(biāo)和項(xiàng)目的具體情況規(guī)劃相應(yīng)運(yùn)行過(guò)程并協(xié)調(diào)相應(yīng)資源。質(zhì)量策劃的成果之一是質(zhì)量計(jì)劃,其主要確定項(xiàng)目需要采用和遵守的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并根據(jù)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況制定質(zhì)量計(jì)劃的具體實(shí)施方案。本項(xiàng)目橋隧工程冬季施工勢(shì)在必行,冬季施工措施是質(zhì)量計(jì)劃的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)。針對(duì)項(xiàng)目施工過(guò)程中的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),從“人、機(jī)、料、法、環(huán)”等要素入手,確保相應(yīng)要素的質(zhì)量保護(hù)措施能夠得到落實(shí)。通過(guò)PDCA循環(huán)、三階段控制和三全控制管理等基本原理,對(duì)分項(xiàng)工程質(zhì)量持續(xù)改進(jìn)：對(duì)項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析評(píng)價(jià),根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果選擇有待改進(jìn)的區(qū)域,確定改進(jìn)目標(biāo)和解決措施,通過(guò)一定的手段進(jìn)行改進(jìn),實(shí)施的結(jié)果與目標(biāo)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行比較,未實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)繼續(xù)采取糾正措施予以改進(jìn),直到實(shí)現(xiàn)既定目標(biāo),進(jìn)而達(dá)到企業(yè)減少不一致成本的目的�！叭恕弊鳛楣こ添�(xiàng)目五要素之首,是項(xiàng)目的主體,貫穿于工程項(xiàng)目形成的全過(guò)程,通過(guò)對(duì)人的要素進(jìn)行控制,能夠?yàn)楣こ添?xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理提供有力的保障。通過(guò)對(duì)本項(xiàng)目的研究,以期達(dá)到對(duì)同類工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理起到一定的引領(lǐng)作用。
[Abstract]:Quality management of construction project is one of the important contents of project management. Project quality is the key factor to judge the success of the project. High quality projects or services are of great significance. Project quality management refers to a series of activities carried out around the quality of the project, the purpose of which is to ensure that the established objectives of the project are successfully realized in accordance with the prescribed requirements. Standardized, independent organization, equipped with the necessary resources according to the characteristics of the project, through scientific management and implementation, to maximize customer needs and expectations, This paper takes the BT11 contract section of Baoji to Tianshui Expressway as the research object, according to the general principle of quality management, according to the characteristics of the project, This paper makes a systematic study on how to improve the quality of engineering projects continuously, establishes and perfects the quality management system, plans the quality of the projects, and determines the quality objectives of the projects. One of the results of quality planning is quality planning, which mainly determines the quality standards to be adopted and observed by the project. According to the actual situation of the project, the concrete implementation scheme of the quality plan is worked out. It is imperative to construct the bridge and tunnel project in winter, and the winter construction measure is one of the key points of the quality plan. Starting with the elements such as machine, material, law, ring and so on, to ensure that the quality protection measures of the corresponding elements can be implemented. Through the basic principles of PDCA cycle, three stages control and three full control management, Continuous improvement of sub-project quality: analysis and evaluation of the status quo of the project, selection of areas to be improved according to the evaluation results, determination of improvement objectives and solutions, and improvement through certain means. The result of implementation is compared with the target target, and the unachieved target continues to take corrective measures to improve it until it achieves the goal of reducing inconsistent cost. "people" is the first of the five elements of the engineering project. Is the main body of the project, runs through the whole process of the formation of the project, through the control of human elements, it can provide a strong guarantee for the quality management of the project. In order to achieve the same project quality management to play a leading role.
