突發(fā)事件下西部高原區(qū)公路網(wǎng)運(yùn)行可靠性及信息采集方法適用性分析

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展,各地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系密切,人們的出行具有時(shí)效性和計(jì)劃性。然而公路網(wǎng)交通系統(tǒng)面臨諸多不確定因素,使得路網(wǎng)可靠性不斷變化。我國西部高原區(qū)公路路網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單又常受交通事故和惡劣天氣的影響,給人們的出行時(shí)間帶來較大的不確定性。因此對該地區(qū)路網(wǎng)可靠性的分析及評價(jià)十分必要。本文重點(diǎn)對西部高原區(qū)公路網(wǎng)出行時(shí)間的可靠性進(jìn)行研究。首先分析了公路網(wǎng)和突發(fā)事件的概念、分類及特征,在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)西部高原區(qū)公路網(wǎng)具有等級不合理、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單等特點(diǎn),常發(fā)的突發(fā)事件以交通事故及自然災(zāi)害為主。通過分析城市路網(wǎng)可靠性與公路網(wǎng)可靠性影響因素的不同,結(jié)合西部高原區(qū)路網(wǎng)特點(diǎn),確定了路網(wǎng)可靠性評價(jià)的指標(biāo)。其次,根據(jù)不同突發(fā)事件對路網(wǎng)影響形式的不同,分析了交通事故對路網(wǎng)的影響主要取決于事故處的車道數(shù)以及阻塞車道占該方向總車道的比例,惡劣天氣對路網(wǎng)的影響主要取決于能見度、輪胎與路面的摩擦系數(shù),并分別建立了交通事故下、惡劣天氣下(霧天、雨天和冰雪天)以及惡劣天氣交通事故下(霧天交通事故、雨天交通事故、冰雪天交通事故)的公路網(wǎng)供需水平及自由流車速模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出路網(wǎng)出行時(shí)間可靠度的評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并建立出行時(shí)間可靠性模型,利用Monte Carlo方法設(shè)計(jì)求解算法。最后分析適用于西部高原區(qū)在突發(fā)事件下進(jìn)行交通信息采集的方式,即利用無人機(jī)在突發(fā)事件下進(jìn)行交通信息采集,可提高勘探和救援工作的高效性和科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the economic relationship between different regions is close, and people travel is timely and planned. However, the traffic system of highway network faces many uncertain factors. The reliability of road network is constantly changing. The structure of highway network is simple and often affected by traffic accidents and bad weather. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the reliability of the road network in this area. This paper focuses on the reliability of the highway network in the western highland area. The concept of road networks and emergencies, On the basis of the classification and characteristics, it is concluded that the highway network in the western plateau area has the characteristics of unreasonable grade, simple structure and so on. Traffic accidents and natural disasters are the main emergent events. By analyzing the different factors affecting the reliability of urban road network and highway network, combined with the characteristics of highway network in the western highland area, the index of network reliability evaluation is determined. According to the different impact forms of different emergencies on the road network, it is analyzed that the impact of traffic accidents on the road network mainly depends on the number of lanes in the accident and the proportion of blocked lanes to the total lane in this direction. The impact of bad weather on road network depends mainly on visibility, friction coefficient between tires and road surface, and establishes traffic accidents under traffic accidents, severe weather (fog, rain and snow) and severe weather traffic accidents (fog traffic accidents). Based on the model of highway network supply and demand level and free flow speed, the evaluation standard of road network travel time reliability is put forward, and the travel time reliability model is established. The solution algorithm is designed by using Monte Carlo method. Finally, the method of traffic information acquisition in the western highlands is analyzed, that is, the UAV is used to collect traffic information under emergencies. It can improve the efficiency and scientific nature of exploration and rescue work.
