基于Superpave的機(jī)場環(huán)氧瀝青混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:通過對Superpave配合比設(shè)計(jì)方法原理及特點(diǎn)分析,結(jié)合機(jī)場特殊荷載條件,展開對機(jī)場道面環(huán)氧瀝青混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì)的研究。結(jié)果表明:考慮到飛機(jī)荷載的特殊性,推薦選用設(shè)計(jì)旋轉(zhuǎn)壓實(shí)次數(shù)為80次,設(shè)計(jì)壓實(shí)次數(shù)下的空隙率和礦料間隙率為確定環(huán)氧瀝青用量的體積設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo),并以初始旋轉(zhuǎn)壓實(shí)次數(shù)的壓實(shí)度和最大旋轉(zhuǎn)壓實(shí)次數(shù)下的壓實(shí)度作為最佳環(huán)氧瀝青用量的驗(yàn)證指標(biāo)。最后通過選擇兩種集料進(jìn)行配合比設(shè)計(jì),通過對比分析選擇最優(yōu)級配,并確定最佳瀝青用量為5.12%。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the principle and characteristics of the Superpave mix design method and the special loading conditions of the airport, the study on the mix ratio design of the epoxy asphalt mixture on the airport pavement is carried out. The results show that considering the particularity of the aircraft load, It is recommended that the design rotational compaction times be 80 times, the void ratio and mineral aggregate clearance ratio under the design compaction number be selected as the volume design index to determine the epoxy asphalt dosage. The compaction degree of the initial rotational compaction number and the compaction degree under the maximum rotational compaction number are taken as the verification index of the optimum epoxy asphalt content. Finally, the optimum gradation is selected by selecting two kinds of aggregates for the mix ratio design. The optimum asphalt content is determined to be 5.12%.
