大連灣海底隧道路線方案設(shè)計(jì)與評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:隨著大連市社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及人民生活水平的提高,中心城區(qū)“兩城”組團(tuán)式格局的發(fā)展,未來城市各組團(tuán)之間將產(chǎn)生新的交通量。為了適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要,滿足大連市主城區(qū)汽車保有量快速增長(zhǎng)的交通需求,在中心城區(qū)與開發(fā)區(qū)和金州區(qū)之間修建新的通道已刻不容緩。大連灣海底隧道的建設(shè)將有效緩解大連市嚴(yán)峻的交通形勢(shì),解決存在的交通瓶頸問題。然而,路線設(shè)計(jì)方案選擇是否合理決定了隧道建設(shè)的工程造價(jià)和規(guī)模,直接關(guān)系到對(duì)社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境等各方面的影響和隧道建成后所產(chǎn)生的效益。因此,在大量交通調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)隧道路線設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行客觀評(píng)價(jià)與比選顯得尤為重要。本文通過查閱大量文獻(xiàn)資料,了解國內(nèi)外著名海底隧道路線方案比選過程與評(píng)價(jià)方法,并針對(duì)大連灣海底隧道的具體情況,分析大連市社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及區(qū)域交通現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢(shì),進(jìn)行實(shí)地交通調(diào)查,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理分析。隨后對(duì)影響區(qū)域進(jìn)行合理劃分,并采用四階段法對(duì)劃分的交通區(qū)域進(jìn)行交通量的分析與預(yù)測(cè),包括交通生成預(yù)測(cè),交通分布預(yù)測(cè),交通方式劃分預(yù)測(cè)以及路段交通量分配預(yù)測(cè)。根據(jù)預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果,從跨海線位、北岸登陸點(diǎn)和南岸登陸點(diǎn)三方面進(jìn)行隧道路線方案的設(shè)計(jì)和比選,最終從技術(shù)層面選擇沉管法線位一作為工程推薦方案。工程中對(duì)路線推薦方案運(yùn)用了基于層次分析法(AHP)的模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,綜合各方面影響因素,分別從技術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)、經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)、環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)、節(jié)能評(píng)價(jià)四個(gè)方面選取16項(xiàng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),對(duì)推薦線位方案進(jìn)行了模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)。評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果表明,該路線設(shè)計(jì)方案可行,可以將該方案作為最終路線設(shè)計(jì)方案。
[Abstract]:With the development of Dalian's social economy and the improvement of the people's living standard, and the development of the "two cities" formation pattern in the central urban area, there will be new traffic volume among the groups in the future in order to meet the needs of economic development. It is urgent to meet the traffic demand for the rapid growth of vehicle ownership in the main urban area of Dalian, and to build a new passage between the central urban area and the development zone and Jinzhou District. The construction of the Dalian Bay Subsea Tunnel will effectively alleviate the severe traffic situation in Dalian. However, whether the choice of route design scheme is reasonable or not determines the project cost and scale of tunnel construction, which is directly related to the society and economy. Therefore, on the basis of a large number of traffic surveys, it is particularly important to evaluate and compare the tunnel route design schemes objectively. To understand the process and evaluation method of route comparison and evaluation of famous undersea tunnel at home and abroad, and to analyze the social and economic development, regional traffic status and development trend of Dalian City, and carry out field traffic investigation in the light of the concrete situation of Dalian Bay Subsea Tunnel. The data are sorted out and analyzed. Then the affected area is divided reasonably, and the traffic volume of the divided traffic area is analyzed and forecasted by using the four-stage method, including the traffic generation forecast, the traffic distribution forecast, the traffic generation forecast, the traffic distribution forecast, the traffic generation forecast and the traffic distribution prediction. According to the forecast results, the tunnel route scheme is designed and compared from three aspects: the cross sea line, the landing point on the north shore and the landing point on the south shore. Finally, from the technical level, we select the normal line of sinking pipe as the project recommendation scheme. In the project, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP (Analytic hierarchy process) is used to evaluate the route recommendation scheme. 16 evaluation indexes were selected from four aspects of economic evaluation, environmental evaluation and energy conservation evaluation, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of recommended line position scheme was carried out. The evaluation results show that the route design scheme is feasible. This scheme can be used as the final route design scheme.
