全斷面巖石掘進(jìn)機(jī)盤形滾刀的布置與安裝優(yōu)化

【摘要】:隨著大規(guī)模地下工程的開展,全斷面巖石隧道掘進(jìn)機(jī)(TBM)被廣泛地應(yīng)用于地下隧道工程。盤形滾刀作為TBM破巖的主要工具,消耗量大、成本高,且對全斷面巖石掘進(jìn)機(jī)的作業(yè)性能有較大影響,所以對盤形滾刀的研究具有十分重要的意義。本文主要從盤形滾刀的布置方法和安裝方式兩個方面進(jìn)行分析研究。首先,分析了盤形滾刀的類型、破巖機(jī)理以及盤形滾刀的受力預(yù)測模型,研究了盤形滾刀受力對刀盤平衡性的影響,計算出刀盤的徑向力和傾覆力矩,總結(jié)了盤形滾刀在刀盤上的布置原則和不穩(wěn)定時的調(diào)整方案。然后,在滿足盤形滾刀布置原則的前提下,提出了盤形滾刀螺旋線布置方法,分析了螺旋線布置對刀盤平衡性的影響,在刀盤布置參數(shù)確定的條件下,詳細(xì)闡述如何實施盤形滾刀螺旋線布置。利用Visual Basic編寫了盤形滾刀螺旋線布置優(yōu)化程序,并將其運用到秦嶺隧道工程中引進(jìn)的國外TB880E機(jī)型上,驗證了刀具螺旋線布置的可行性和有效性。最后,針對盤形滾刀傳統(tǒng)的正安裝方式,提出了外傾安裝和前傾安裝兩種新型安裝方式。采用ABAQUS有限元軟件,對三種安裝方式下盤形滾刀的三維破巖過程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬。發(fā)現(xiàn)在盤形滾刀滾動破巖過程中,外傾安裝時巖石表面應(yīng)力的最大值普遍小于正安裝:前傾安裝時刀圈上破巖刃域的側(cè)應(yīng)力分布優(yōu)于正安裝。驗證了外傾安裝和前傾安裝在某些方面確實比正安裝有優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:With the development of large-scale underground engineering, full-section rock tunnel tunneling machine TBM is widely used in underground tunnel engineering. As the main tool of TBM rock breaking, the disk-shaped hob is a major tool for breaking rock, which has a large consumption and high cost. And it has great influence on the working performance of the full-section rock roadheader, so it is of great significance to study the disc hob. In this paper, the layout method and installation method of the disc hob are analyzed and studied. This paper analyzes the type of disc hob, the mechanism of rock breaking and the force prediction model of disc hob, studies the influence of the force of disc hob on the balance of cutter head, and calculates the radial force and overturning moment of cutter head. This paper summarizes the arrangement principle of disc hob on the cutter head and the adjustment scheme when it is unstable. Then, under the premise of satisfying the arrangement principle of disc hob, the helical arrangement method of disc hob is put forward. In this paper, the influence of helical arrangement on the balance of cutter head is analyzed, and how to implement helical arrangement of disc hob is described in detail under the condition of determining the arrangement parameters of cutter head. The optimization program of helical layout of disc hob is compiled by Visual Basic. It is applied to the imported foreign TB880E models in Qinling Tunnel Project, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the helix arrangement of the cutter. Finally, aiming at the traditional positive installation mode of the disc hob, In this paper, two new installation methods, extroversion installation and forward tilting installation, are proposed. The 3-D rock breaking process of the three installation modes of the lower disc hob is numerically simulated by using ABAQUS finite element software. It is found that in the process of rolling rock breaking of the disc hob, The maximum stress of rock surface is generally smaller than that of positive installation during extroversion installation, and the lateral stress distribution in the edge region of the edge on the edge of the cutter ring is better than that of the positive installation in the forward dip installation. It is verified that the extroversion installation and the forward dip installation are indeed superior to the positive installation in some aspects.
