【摘要】：太原二環(huán)高速公路凌井店至龍白段(東二環(huán))是《山西省高速公路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃調(diào)整方案》的重要組成部分,本項目的實施,可為規(guī)劃中的大太原都市圈提供快速便利的交通運輸服務,對完善山西省高速公路網(wǎng)有著非常重要的意義。從國家高速公路網(wǎng)的角度,未來可把太原北二環(huán)和龍白高速其中一段及本項目作為二連浩特至廣州(G55)的一段,將現(xiàn)有東環(huán)高速公路從二廣高速功能分離出來,直接緩解太原市東環(huán)高速的交通壓力。論文首先根據(jù)路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃和現(xiàn)有高速公路的完成情況及其相應的公路指標,對起終點方案進行了比選論證;其次是對影響項目的控制因素進行詳細分析介紹,結(jié)合各種控制因素對項目的走廊帶方案進行了比較;然后考慮走廊帶內(nèi)及其沿線的建設條件、工程地質(zhì)條件、水文地質(zhì)條件、筑路材料、工程造價、地方政府意見等各種影響條件,尤其是工程地質(zhì)條件,對項目所選的方案再次進行比選論證;根據(jù)對以上各種條件綜合考慮,從總體上進行分析比選后初步提出了推薦方案。最后,對所推薦的方案從路線互通、路基路面、橋梁涵洞、隧道、交叉、交通工程等各專業(yè)進行詳細敘述,進一步驗證其可行性和合理性。得出的結(jié)論是在高速公路方案研究的過程中,要綜合考慮各種控制因素和限制條件,不僅僅從路線指標上進行比選,還要在多方面進行比選,尤其是工程地質(zhì)條件的影響,近年來的重視程度逐漸提高,它的影響將貫穿項目的整個過程,包括后期的安全運營,需重點分析論證。
[Abstract]:Taiyuan Ring Expressway Ling Jing Dian to white dragon segment (Near East) "is an important part of Shanxi province highway network adjustment plan", the implementation of this project can provide fast and convenient transportation services for the planning of the Taiyuan city circle, to have very important significance to improve the highway network in Shanxi province from the national highway network point of view, the future can be the North Second Ring Road of Taiyuan and the white one and the high speed project as Erenhot to Guangzhou (G55) for a period of time, to separate the existing east ring highway from the two high-speed wide function, direct relief Taiyuan city east ring highway traffic pressure. Finally, the recommended scheme from the route exchange, roadbed, bridge and culvert, tunnel, cross, detailed description of traffic engineering and other professional, to further verify the feasibility and rationality of the conclusion is in. The process of highway project of the study, to consider various control factors and constraints, not only from the route index than the election, but also in the aspects of selection, especially in engineering geology In recent years, the influence of the conditions has been increased gradually. Its impact will run through the whole process of the project, including the later safety operation, and it needs to be analyzed and demonstrated.
