A橋換梁工程施工質(zhì)量與風(fēng)險控制研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展,鐵路系統(tǒng)不斷地完善,鐵路的建設(shè)也得到了跨越式的發(fā)展,目前我國的鐵路建設(shè)主要是高速鐵路的建設(shè),鐵路工程建設(shè)與我們的生活息息相關(guān),它的建設(shè)保證了我們安全利于交通便捷。如今鐵路建設(shè)迅速發(fā)展的同時也陸續(xù)的出現(xiàn)了很多的質(zhì)量問題,很多的鐵路建設(shè)單位為了自己的利益,不斷地縮短工期,使得工程的進度加快,這樣就會使得工程的質(zhì)量嚴重下降,最后會導(dǎo)致工程的驗收不合格,一些不安全的傷亡事件時常發(fā)生,這樣也會引起鐵路后續(xù)的質(zhì)量問題層出不窮。只有加強工程施工質(zhì)量的科學(xué)管理與風(fēng)險防范,才可以達到建設(shè)的根本目的,完成建設(shè)的意義,以獲得更高的收益。本文以A橋換梁工程為例,重點闡述了工程項目中質(zhì)量管控以及風(fēng)險評估的方法,并結(jié)合了鐵路建設(shè)項目中的一些影響質(zhì)量的風(fēng)險因素進行了全面的分析。在上述分析的基礎(chǔ)上將質(zhì)量控制分為業(yè)主、施工單位、監(jiān)理單位和其他勘察設(shè)計質(zhì)量控制。接著用層次分析將項目施工風(fēng)險評價為八種;最后提出施工質(zhì)量控制方案,如對圖紙的把握以及對施工工序的統(tǒng)籌管理、完善和遵守施工規(guī)范、合理分工責(zé)任難落實等;而對于技術(shù)上的濕接加固施工以及封鎖和慢行等問題,制定了詳細的質(zhì)量控制方案,確保工程的保質(zhì)保量進行。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy and society, the railway system has been continuously perfected, and the railway construction has also been developed by leaps and bounds. At present, the railway construction in our country is mainly the construction of high-speed railway, and the railway engineering construction is closely related to our daily life. With the rapid development of railway construction, a lot of quality problems have emerged one after another. For their own benefit, many railway construction units continue to shorten the duration of the construction period. This will speed up the progress of the project, so that the quality of the project will be seriously reduced, and eventually the acceptance of the project will not be qualified, and some unsafe casualties will often occur. Only by strengthening the scientific management of construction quality and risk prevention, can the fundamental purpose of construction be achieved and the significance of construction be completed. In order to obtain higher income, this paper takes A bridge beam replacement project as an example, and expounds the methods of quality control and risk assessment in the project. Combined with some risk factors that affect the quality of railway construction projects, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis. On the basis of the above analysis, quality control is divided into owners, construction units, Supervision units and other survey and design quality control. Then use AHP to evaluate the project construction risk into eight types. Finally, put forward the construction quality control scheme, such as the grasp of drawings and the overall management of construction process, It is difficult to carry out the reasonable division of responsibilities and perfect and abide by the construction code. However, for the technical problems of wet joint reinforcement, blockage and slow running, the detailed quality control scheme is formulated to ensure the quality and quantity of the project is carried out.
