【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,國力的不斷強(qiáng)盛,各地明顯加快了基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)進(jìn)度,市政道路工程的規(guī)模也越來越大,項目越來越多,因此對市政工程的建設(shè)質(zhì)量要求更是重中之重。對此我國已經(jīng)制訂了針對市政建設(shè)項目的質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)法律法規(guī),并且對實施施工質(zhì)量管理也有了長期的規(guī)劃,但從目前的情況來看,施工活動中仍舊存在不少質(zhì)量問題,因此研究市政工程的質(zhì)量管理具有很重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文在總結(jié)研究國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于市政工程質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出適應(yīng)于我國市政道路工程質(zhì)量管理的一套理論體系,并通過結(jié)合具體案例分析了濰坊市永春路道路改造工程,進(jìn)一步論證了該理論體系的可行性與可操縱性,為下一步當(dāng)?shù)厥姓袠I(yè)工程項目的實施提供質(zhì)量管理理論基礎(chǔ),為我國市政行業(yè)工程項目質(zhì)量管理提出自己的意見。本文主要是以濰坊市永春路項目工程為例,對市政工程建設(shè)過程中的質(zhì)量控制問題進(jìn)行深入的研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上得出較為切實可行的方法,最后總結(jié)得出結(jié)論。在介紹文章選題背景、意義、國內(nèi)外研究主要概況以及永春路工程施工的基本情況的和建設(shè)質(zhì)量控制理論的基礎(chǔ)上,對市政道路工程的質(zhì)量的定義,工程項目控制的過程和基本方法進(jìn)行了逐一論述,分析了在道路工程建設(shè)中最常出現(xiàn)的幾種問題及解決方法。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對濰坊市永春路工程項目進(jìn)行具體分析,詳細(xì)介紹了施工過程中各個環(huán)節(jié)的質(zhì)量控制措施,最后得出結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of our country's economy and the continuous strength of our national strength, the construction of infrastructure has been obviously accelerated in various places, and the scale of municipal road projects has also become larger and larger, with more and more projects. Therefore, the construction quality requirement of municipal engineering is the most important. For this, China has formulated the relevant laws and regulations for the quality management of municipal construction projects, and has a long-term plan for the implementation of construction quality management. However, judging from the current situation, there are still many quality problems in the construction activities. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the quality management of municipal engineering. This paper puts forward a set of theory system suitable for the quality management of municipal road engineering in our country, analyzes the reconstruction project of Yongchun Road in Weifang by combining with concrete cases, and further demonstrates the feasibility and maneuverability of the theoretical system. It provides the theoretical basis of quality management for the implementation of local municipal engineering projects, and puts forward its own opinions for the quality management of municipal engineering projects in our country. This paper mainly takes the Yongchun Road Project in Weifang as an example. On the basis of deep research on the quality control in the process of municipal engineering construction, a more feasible method is obtained. Finally, the conclusion is drawn. On the basis of the main research situation at home and abroad, the basic situation of the construction of Yongchun Road and the theory of construction quality control, the definition of the quality of municipal road engineering, the process and basic methods of project control are discussed one by one. This paper analyzes on the most common problems and solutions in road engineering construction. On the basis of this, the project of Yongchun Road in Weifang City is analyzed in detail, and the quality control measures in every link in the construction process are introduced in detail. Finally, a conclusion is drawn.
