一種基于動態(tài)權(quán)重的施工安全風(fēng)險評估新方法

【摘要】:動態(tài)風(fēng)險評估是反饋施工信息并實時控制從而規(guī)避隧道施工風(fēng)險的一種重要手段。基于傳統(tǒng)指標(biāo)體系法,引入動態(tài)權(quán)重的概念,建立了一種動態(tài)風(fēng)險評估模型,即以普適標(biāo)準(zhǔn)權(quán)重表征隧道施工風(fēng)險歷史信息,以工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)權(quán)重表征隧道工程特殊性,以權(quán)重更新系數(shù)表征隧道施工過程中評估指標(biāo)權(quán)重的動態(tài)變化。并以隧道工程施工塌方風(fēng)險為例,論述了動態(tài)風(fēng)險評估模型的建立與實施流程。與目前相關(guān)指南推薦的方法相比較,本方法把工程施工過程通過參數(shù)方式引入,從而實現(xiàn)了真正的動態(tài)施工、動態(tài)風(fēng)險評估的目的,可為實際隧道工程施工風(fēng)險管理所借鑒。
[Abstract]:Dynamic risk assessment is an important means of feedback construction information and real-time control to avoid tunnel construction risk. Based on the traditional index system method and the concept of dynamic weight, a dynamic risk assessment model is established. That is to say, the historical information of tunnel construction risk is represented by universal standard weight, and the particularity of tunnel construction is characterized by engineering standard weight. The dynamic change of evaluation index weight during tunnel construction is characterized by the renewal coefficient of weight, and the collapse risk of tunnel construction is taken as an example. This paper discusses the establishment and implementation process of dynamic risk assessment model. Compared with the methods recommended by relevant guidelines, this method introduces the engineering construction process by parameter method, thus realizing the real dynamic construction. The purpose of dynamic risk assessment can be used for reference in actual tunnel construction risk management.
